I arrived at 9:30 PM and left at 10:15 PM after waiting for two combo meals. The customer service was disappointing; the staff seemed more focused on chatting and laughing than serving food. When we finally received our order, it was incomplete. the overall experience with customer service and the employees was far from satisfactory. Food is good though.

Upon entry I was greeted by a team member named Diego a very nice sweet young man. Then as I go to the register I’m confronted by a worker named luis just attitude from that point on overall the food was fresh

I’ve eaten at this location several days in a row and I’m so impressed. The food is always hot. The workers are always pleasant. This is the best Wendy’s that has ever existed. I hope the owner sees this and gives everyone a raise because they all deserve it.

Looks like a new store. Place was nice and clean. Order at the kiosk and they call your name when your food is ready. Didn't really have to deal with staff which I like. Coke freestyle machine worked perfectly! Great lunch experience!

I went through the drive-thru and got a $5 Biggie Bag. It's cheap. You get a burger, 4 chicken nuggets, small fries and small drink. It's filling and I enjoy it.

Incredibly disappointed with the staff ignoring me. I made a mobile order at 11:56PM on July 19, 2025 and came to the drive thru at 11:56PM, yes I know 4 minutes before closing. After the drive thru speaker prompted me to say my order, I drove to the window to get my food. However, I waited there for 15 minutes and to my disappointment, all of the staff ignored me as they were closing, even before 12AM. I even waved at them to get their attention but they just stared at me and proceeded to clean. There was even a car in front of me who got their order. I want to express that they could have at least opened the window to let me know that they can't make my order instead of intentionally ignoring me the entire time.

I went through the drive thru and requested fresh food and received reheated fries, a cold burger with a hard bun!! The only thing edible was the 4 piece chicken nuggets. Called the store to inform them with no answer!!! Totally disappointed!!
