I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I stopped here with my daughters. When placing my order the cashier didn't even look up or make eye contact. I was unsure that she even heard anything I was saying. Obviously, she seems to be having a bad day and a rough start to the new year. I will never come to this location again.

I understand it was New Year’s Eve so. It was busy. There were about 3 kids working. When I walked in the cashier was counting money. She didn’t acknowledge me. I’ve worked as a cashier before so I allowed her to finish. Once finished she still didn’t acknowledge me. She walked to the back. I had to yell my name and order so she could hear. (Or so I thought). I thought she went back to get it bc it said it was done on the board. She started making about 5 other orders. None were mine. No one in the kitchen had gloves on. She just counted money and was touching food. When she finally got to my order , I asked her to put gloves on to get my celery. She rolled her eyes and went and got a glove. The music was blasting. No one could heard themselves speak. I’m so disappointed. Some training opportunities for sure. I don’t even think a manager was on duty. There couldn’t have been with how unsanitary and unprofessional the employees were. Very disappointed .

I decided to give this location another chance but regret doing so. I ordered delivery of an 8 piece wing combo, garlic parmasan. I got my order and there were only 7 wings. The 7 wings had parmasan cheese and butter, that's it. No garlic flavoring or anything. That butter and cheese was gross. Also, the drink did not have a cover on it to protect my contents. Never again. No delivery, no pick up.

They were closing soon, I ordered came in grabbed my order and left. Came home and realized they forgot my corn. I dont lie I am not poor I can buy corn that isnt the issue. They messed up and I thought they could be understanding when I went back in later that week to get another one of my orders (i ate at wingstop quite frequently) they called me a liar and did not want to correct their mistake. They lost hundreds of dollars from me if not thousands (the power of loyal customers) of business over their simple mistakes. L establishment they still cant seem to get the right workers here. Go somewhere else if you want your order done correctly. Please check your order when you get it right there if you have to eat here. They need to start showing what is in the order to the people when they come in so they can make sure everything is good. That's what a real wing spot does. My french fries are always cold short and wimpy. You might see other comments saying similar things. Good luck if you eat here I would go to wing and grille its about another mile down better chicken better flavors.

Went on a Sunday afternoon a couple of weeks ago, there were not many people. I placed an order on the app. The wings were delicious and the fries amazing. Since the app wouldn’t give me the option to add a second drink they were nice enough to give me one for free. Only 2 workers I saw in the kitchen but they did a great job.

First and last visit. Ordered a simple lunch, dry rub and wings were wet with some yellow, cheese-butter smelling liquid. I guess to make the dry rub stick but at other locations, I’ve never, ever had this happen with any dry rub flavor. My fries were very cold and I picked up my order exactly 16mins as stated. It wasn’t even warm and they were tough, some overcooked and sum undercooked. I have no idea how my meal turned out this bad but it was a complete waste of money and my time. I will never eat here again, I’m sorry. Never advocated for the other wing franchises in the area but at this point, I’m willing to try them. I’m truly disappointed and really get upset when my money is wasted and I’m left hungry. Please do better and potential customers reading this, please order with caution. Maybe it was a bad day, who knows…I see the reviews. Just understand this location may not be the best if you’re expecting a fresh, hot, good tasing, accurate order.

This is the worst wing stop experience ever they take there sweet time very unprofessional. Who’s is managing this place do better. Don’t answer the phone. Don’t make the order correct. I didn’t know sloths get hired here.

This wingstop has really turned around! 5-7 years ago, this place would never cook your wings correctly.

I received a T-Mobile Tuesdays promotion for BOGO 10-pc. wings today and ordered 2 x 10-pc bone-in wings (lemon pepper dry rub and hot honey rub) to be delivered. Order was delivered by DoorDash to my doorstep; the paper bag had the security adhesive tape seemingly intact. Upon inspection, I was missing 1 hot honey and 2 lemon pepper wings. I attempted to call the restaurant for several minutes - no answer. I finally lugged both boxes of wings all the way back to the store and showed them the missing wings. Store wasn't busy - there were several fryer baskets all full of fried wings, and a fly strip attached to a sign above the front counter with at least 1 dead bug on it. A worker saw me walk in with 2 boxes and asked if I was throwing boxes away. I showed him the missing wings; he offered me 5 wings to compensate (I received 2 hot, 4 lemon pepper). The compensation for missing wings raised my rating to 2 stars, but I will not be ordering from them again. I firmly believe the staff short-changes delivery orders and refuses to answer the phone knowing that few customers will drive there to complain.

Edit: After reading other similar issues with this location, I am restoring my original 1-star review. 2 stars on service because of the added wings.
