James was amazing! He clearly set expectations about the wait and made sure to check in on us throughout. Even though the place was very busy, he still took the time to take care of us. Take out , staff is great here the head guy with dreads is professional and was very attentive to everyone in the waiting area , it was a busy Friday evening.

Had to cancel a 4 entree order due to them refusing to make the order in timely manner. I waited over 45 minutes before pulling the plug and the manager the plain faced girl who constantly laugh trying to explain how 14 minutes for chicken and 8 minutes for chicken equals to a 45 minute wait. Eventhough the chicken was pre-made and sitting in the fry basket. Instead the 4 people were more interested in their drinks in the kitchen and behind the counter and socializing. Be shame to make a compliant to health department for 5 flagrant health code violations from unnetted hair going into food, drinks, cross contamination, storage, and electrical.
Got buffalo soup instead of mild wings. If they weren’t dead before definitely drowned on the way (I ate some because I was starving but got too frustrated to finish)

The Duluth Store manager was extremely helpful, kind and reliable. I placed an order on line but had to wait over an hour. I didn't want to wait that long, so I left. The workers didn't know how to process a refund. Instead they gave me the store manager's number to see how he could accommodate me for the inconvenience. He was very apologetic when I spoke to him. He not only replaced my order but volunteered to deliver it as well. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty. He deserves recognition for his willingness and dedication to satisfy a customer with respect and dignity.

I ordered a meal deal with 6 tenders and 16 wings. I paid extra to get bone-in wings. However, I received 5 tenders and 16 boneless wings. I spent 30 minutes trying to call the restaurant, but the system would hang up on me every 2 minutes, so I called back over and over and finally gave up. We went ahead and ate since we were very hungry and were very disappointed as it was all now cold and when you want bone-in wings and you get a bunch of nuggets, it just doesn’t sit well.
