Cold wings and hard as a rock fries. I guess they were having a bad day today because normally the food is decent. I was on my lunch break which allows me 30 mins to go out so I didn’t have time to return it so I just trashed it and took the lost. 😡 Thanks a lot Wingstop Duluth!

I placed an order online, immediately tried to call the store afterwards multiple times to make a small change and add an item. Sat on the phone and asked to not speak with an AI and every time I was transfered to the store it would hang up on me after 1 or 2 minutes and say nobody is available. When I got to the store, they had the phone sitting off the hook on the counter which explains why. I asked for a refund and they proceeded to ask me to jump through hoops and denied not having the phone on the hook as I watched them put it back. Spoke with the store manager directly and he was extremely rude, but according to him its ok because he is from new jersey, like that means anything at all, bad customer service is bad service no matter where you are from. Won't go back. Was a customer for 6 years but this is too much. Good keeps getting worse too.

I had ordered a 30 piece wings and the flavoring that I was supposed to get on my wings was not there the garlic parmesan was not on my wings it was plain. Lemon pepper didn't have no seasoning to it the barbecue wings was awesome but the fries was terrible. First time going there and it is my last time.....

The staff is RUDE and unprofessional. The cashier made some unnecessary comments about my mom’s illness / condition. The cashier kept rushing me and was rude the ENTIRE service. Stop hiring people who DON’T care to do their job correctly. The place is dirty, the staff were sitting around instead of trying to pick up a damn mop and broom to at least make the place look presentable. The food was great but the service wasn’t soooo…basically stay in school kids, otherwise you’ll be a miserable 60 year old lady, working (barely) in fast food. 😂😂😂😂

The worked constantly have attitudes and never want to actually work. Gave me chicken so old that I got FOOD POISONING and was sick for 4 days. Please save yourself and go anyway else!

First time trying Wingstop due to my favorite wing spot being closed. I was pleasantly surprised on how good the wings tasted. My order was ready in about 5 minutes which was great especially at 11pm. I ordered the Honey BBQ wings with Ranch Seasoned fries and I was expecting more sauce but the crispness and flavor was more than enough and tastes great. The fries and ranch dip was great just wished they offered sweet potato fries and didn’t charge almost $2 for an extra ranch. Other than that the whole meal was $12 which is fairly priced for. 6 piece wings combo. Will try again

I purchased boneless chicken and it taste old. The fries did not have the seasoning. They forgot my sauce and I had to call five times to finally get someone then when I finally got someone they told me that they don’t do any refunds that they could just make it over.

Placed an online order and went to pick it up. Walk inside and there’s no one at the cash register. The people in the kitchen are staring at me and I’m staring at them confused. Finally after probably 5-10 mins of waiting I go around to the opening to get behind the register and lo and behold, an employee, her name is Ariana allegedly, she’s literally sitting behind the counter, in the corner, hiding and deadass on her phone. I literally asked her “so do I just grab my order or??” This girl wasn’t even doing the BARE minimum of her job. That’s embarrassing. Food was decent but that girl Ariana, she need to go thru training and go thru it again bc that’s ridiculous.
