Came on a Sunday afternoon. The food court wasn't too busy. Got the spicy lamb hand ripped noodles, the lamb paomo soup, the pork burger, and a cold lotus dish. Have to say everything was pretty good. Bring cash because they charge you for processing fee.

FIRST This place is located inside the supermarket. Once you walk in it's off to your right or just walk straight ahead. I recommend calling in your order. There are several restaurants in this building all of which seem worth checking out. I tried the spicy lamb ripped noddle. It was good but maybe too spicy and not enough meat. Also had the chicken fried rice that was good. The best thing was the sweet and sour pork. I recommend it. I didn't take a picture of that.

I got the beef noodle soup with hand pulled noodles. I wanted the lamb, but they said the lamb had no soup, and that I had to order the beef. Why they can't put lamb instead of beef - who knows, but it's the second time I've experienced this at Taiwanese restaurants who can't modify their menu. Shrug. First of all, I ordered when I got there and it took around 30 minutes. They were busy, and many to-go orders were going out, so I get it. My recommendation is call them beforehand and give them ample time before you pick up. I usually eat half a bowl of noodle soup for breakfast, so I did. AMAZING. Wow, it was worth the wait. The noodles are almost two inches thick and delicious! There isn't a ton of meat, but the noodles with the soup are top notch. I'm definitely coming back, and I'm definitely calling before. You have to try it if you love noodles!

I wish I found this restaurant sooner. Their vegetable hand torn noodles are amazing. This is my new favorite place to go!

I saw good reviews so I tried it, the food is decent I got the spicy cumin lamb noodles and the pork tofu and bamboo shoots, both were decent. The lamb noodles wasn't my cup of tea, It smelled like Mexican food to me, and had acquired taste that you'd need to get use to. I saw everyone rave about this so I wanted to try but I didn't like it. The pork tofu bamboo was a bit better, the dried tofu is a little tough and the pork is chewy but other than that I liked it more with rice. I only wish there was more bamboo

Super good! Food was still hot on delivery. I got the Mont Qi pork noodle soup and I will definitely order again.

Idk how many time I've eaten here. I've lost count. This is my go to place for a nice bowl of noodles. I always have the hand pulled beef noodle with no soup. And for about 10 dollars a bowl, this place is my number one spot to go to. It always fills me up and the noodles are always so bouncy and fresh. I love this place a lot! And I highly highly recommend it!

The taste is good but somehow the salt is very uneven, great portion and helpful staff.

Visited this place pre-Covid so this review is kind of all but I figured I would still post this review anyways. I was greeted when I reach the counter the customer service was really good. For my meal I got the spicy lamb And the hand pulled noodles and I would say that the hand pulled noodles don't really carry much flavor as the meat did. I also got a tea egg which was pretty good just tasted like a normal egg nothing major. I definitely would like to come back to try something else because it was pretty affordable.

Located inside Jusgo Supermaket, Xi'an had been my go to Hand-Pulled noodle stall. I kept coming back for their Cumin Lamb Hand Pulled Noodle. It's the perfect combo of spicy, sour and all-over goodness. It's priced fairly and the portion is pretty big. My husband also recently ordered their spicy fried shredded beef and it's equally good. Not too oily but will keep you coming back for more.

Hand pull noodle is awesome. The price is worth for the portion. One portion noodle that I can eat 2 meal and still taste good. Roujiamo also is good to try. It's very authentic Chinese food.

This is not your typical Chinese food. It's Xian cuisine which is more spicy and influenced by their large Muslim population. Everything was so delicious and very flavorful. The cumin lamb burger in its flat bread bun was delicious and great for a snack. The Biang Biang noodles are hand pulled and texture is perfectly chewy and soaks up the chili sauce. The spicy chicken with dried chili (aka Chongqing chicken) was the best I've tasted. We also highly recommend the spicy minced pork vermicelli

As usual, I don't want people to lose their livelihood, but food is simply not that good. Have no idea here those 5 star reviews came from. If you expect this to be like the famous Xian Noodles in NY. Not close at all.Cumin lamb noodles lack the elasticity and chewiness if the NY version, and flavor intensity isn't there. Their cucumber salad is awful. Basically it has some of the tongue numbing chili's and it's warm, a no no.Their pork isn't braised as they claim. It's cut and maybe slightly better than the lamb. Regardless, didn't sit well with my wife. They have to do better!
