I love this place. It’s my first time here and I love the food and the option to order from Marty’s! Wow! I feel this is a bit of a hidden gem. The Brunswick stew is to die for especially if you like a bit of a kick with spice! They have half of bottles on Wednesdays! The brisket empanadas were amazing! Wow! I’m impressed! Super chill spot with a good vibe and great food. It doesn’t get better than this in my opinion!
Despite the wind creeping in that night and the crowd making it feel a bit tight, Bar, Booze, & Bites in Dunwoody still delivered a cozy vibe. The boiled peanuts? Classic comfort, salty and warm. And even in that slight chill, the pigs in a blanket still wrapped me in flaky, savory goodness. Not a perfect night, but certainly a solid one!
After checking my bank statement, I noticed something didn’t seem right, so I asked for the receipt. What I found was quite surprising.
We had two separate tabs. For one of them (food), there was already a 20% service charge automatically included. On top of that, we ended up adding another 20% tip, which brought the total gratuity to around 40% without it being clearly explained.
