My husband and I went to this Chicken Salad Chick for Veteran's Day and we each were given a wonderful meal at no charge. The franchise owner, Tiffany, was incredibly gracious. Even when I asked to add a 3rd scoop of chicken salad (to share with grandchildren when I got home), she said I could trade it for the drink if I would like to instead of incur an upcharge. That was really thoughtful. We really enjoy Chicken Salad Chick for a change from the same old fast food options.

For months now the Warmer is never working. Some employees accommodate and make the sandwich however. Other employees rather send the customers away and not take time to make the meal.

Tons of awesome types of chicken salad (the one I chose was good but not great but I'm looking forward to trying others), chicken poblano soup was okay, tea was great, service was good.
