It feels like your getting your food for a warehouse inside, very unappealing atmosphere. 80% of the converted building is the kitchen. For a restaurant with no drive-through (pickup only), I don't get why they made the dining area so uncomfortable, basically non-existent. Service is average, food is usually good.

Ok I don't know what these reviews are.. but I come here at least once a week and everyone I come in contact with is extremely friendly!!!! I've never had a bad experience here... Maybe if people actually treated these employees like human beings then they wouldn't have a bad interaction. I've worked in the food service industry for 3 years and customers can be EXTREMELY rude and entitled sometimes, especially in this area. Just go in and be friendly and they are more than happy to make accommodations for you.

They can definitely improve on service at the location near Mount Vernon and Ashford Dunwoody, cuz the employees at the window are not friendly. However, the food is good, very flavorful. Make sure they give you all of your food and drinks cuz I've had to go back because they didn't give me everything.

Received the wrong order. Ordere through the app and pickup my order through the window… my burrito had the correct sticker on it the bag had the correct sticker but I received a burrito full of rice and chicken nothing close to what I ordered. The contact page doesn't even work so I ate air for lunch today. As I had to throw this burrito away.
I just left this chipotle crying today!! The owner/manager paolo YELLED at me saying i couldn’t get a little more carne asada. When i said “can i get a little bit more” He gave me literally half of ONE piece. I didn’t want to put double because I dont like too much beef. I never complain, I have been a loyal customer of chipotle for 7 years and go at least once to twice a week. (not exaggerating) I even worked at chipotle in the past! And this was the most horrifying experience. He was so rude and had an attitude. I have years of experience in the food industry so that’s why I am on here to tell you to go to another location, at perimeter center or the mall. It is worth the extra 10-15min drive. I never had a service experience problem until now.

This was my second time eating at Chipotle. Didn't care to try again, but it was my wife's birthday, so I did. Service was fast, food was good & drinks were pretty good as well. We ate inside: only fault was that only one table was clean.
