Ok I don't know what these reviews are.. but I come here at least once a week and everyone I come in contact with is extremely friendly!!!! I've never had a bad experience here... Maybe if people actually treated these employees like human beings then they wouldn't have a bad interaction. I've worked in the food service industry for 3 years and customers can be EXTREMELY rude and entitled sometimes, especially in this area. They can definitely improve on service at the location near Mount Vernon and Ashford Dunwoody, cuz the employees at the window are not friendly. However, the food is good, very flavorful. Make sure they give you all of your food and drinks cuz I've had to go back because they didn't give me everything.

It feels like your getting your food for a warehouse inside, very unappealing atmosphere. 80% of the converted building is the kitchen. For a restaurant with no drive-through (pickup only), I don't get why they made the dining area so uncomfortable, basically non-existent. Service is average, food is usually good.
