Just waited in line for over an hour at the Ashford Dunwoody Rd, GA, location tonight at 1.20 am, and when I got no response from the intercom for 10 minutes I pulled forward to the window to check they were even still open. They were open but the woman at the window refused to take my order saying because I’d pulled forward I’d lost my place in line, even though I explained why I’d pulled forward, and demanded I got back in line for another hour so that I could place my order. She refused to take my order at the window. She also demanded I backed up so the woman in front could pay for her second order! Had I done that I would have hit the car behind me. And why had she taken a second order for the car in front but wouldn’t take my order? I asked 6 or 7 times but each time she demanded I got back in line all over again. So after an hours wait I left with no order. There was no communication on the intercom to say they were busy and they would be with me in a moment, just silence, so after 10 minutes of silence I thought they were closed. It’s a 24 hour restaurant. The staff were lazy, rude, non communicative, incompetent and unprofessional, and that’s no way to run a restaurant. I’d have been fed twice over in another restaurant in the same time it took me to end up with nothing.
