the self serve kiosks are not intuitive.. a real pita… after I put in my order, it would not let me pay and sent me to the register and a had to repeat my order anyway then the register was locked and required a manager 🤦♂️ finally after 5min dealing with the kiosk.. Ordered a two cheeseburger meal at 1:19, finally came out @ 1:40.. 20 mln.. burgers were not hot, barely warm.. fries were hot at least..jeese.. really annoying first world issue.. 🤦♂️

Don’t go unless you’re a comedian as they love to laugh & make fun of you for what you order. I’ve been coming for 3 years now & the service is always fast & accurate but, it comes with the price of being made fun of as a customer. Will never be returning again :(

Update. Tried it again. Took me 25 minutes to get my order delivered to curbside. Four cars pulled in and out while I was sitting there. Then they tried to give me the wrong food. When I asked what the problem was she said none. Then she brought my food out and practically threw it in my car. Never again, never never never !I used to love this McDonald's. Now it gets worse and worse every week. 25-minute wait for them to bring the food to my car. The guy next to me had only been there for 5 minutes and he got his food before I did. Finally comes and Fry's are half cooked and cold and the burger is burnt and cold. What in the world is going on in there? I was told back months ago that they had a new owner and everything was going to get better. What a joke! It's worse!

Is there a napkin shortage I don’t know about? 😂 I love this McDonald’s and the team here is awesome, but I am begging you: put napkins in the bag! There is nothing more annoying than trying to enjoy world-famous fries behind the wheel and realizing I’m going to have salty fingers for the rest of the trip. Food 10/10, Service 9/10, Napkin game 0/10.

This is the third time I come to this location’s drive thru and receive a completely wrong order, and what I ordered was more expensive! Overcharged for disgusting food I don’t even want. Don’t bother coming to this location, or at the very least don’t drive off like I did assuming the people inside know basic order management. Garbage-tier restaurant, this is why McDonald’s is losing their customer base.

Nope just a McDonalds place in Dunwoody only reason why they even have the business they got cause most people think it’s a Atlanta McDonald’s & it’s close to I285 & perimeter mall 2 that’s the only reason why they even have there normal 3 cars in drive thru 2

This McDonald’s is conveniently located across the street from Perimeter Mall. It is very clean, efficiently run and the employees we met were super nice!!! And the food was good, too!

I’m only giving 3 stars because of the evening crew! I come thru here every night almost and they are so kind and helpful. I am currently sitting in the drive thru typing this because I was greeted with attitude this morning. The first girl wasn’t too bad but the two ladies that worked the 2nd window were extremely rude. I asked for extra condiments and they didn’t give them so I went back thru and also noticed I got the wrong item so I exchanged it. They didn’t put the extra in the bag and when I asked abt it the one lady rolled her eyes and walked away and never came back. I had to back up just to get what I needed. Probably won’t be here for breakfast again

They ignore you if you are not picking up door dash or using the kiosk. They act like its a problem to take your order. The manager look at me 3 times standing at the register and would never acknowledge i was standing there, finally after about 5 mins another worker came over and took my order. I was the only one in line and 3 people in the restaurant. No customer service!
Just got a chicken biscuit and took one bite and the whole thing was undercooked like crazy. It was pink in the middle.
