Ordered a drive thru Mc Chicken(that’s my fav.) Was impressed with the jet speed of accepting the order, payment, delivery. I have been to other drive thru however with McD it’s super fast. Great customer service. Hot food. Love it.

Definitely one of my favorite mcdonald's to stop by and visit, there's a good amount of high chairs, booths, regular seating. Plus a few areas off in the corner of the restaurant if you want some quiet while you eat.
Food there is pretty solid, the ice cream machine actually works here more often then not. Angelo is the goat and he'll make sure the service is top shelf.

Commits FRAUD!! Drive thru arbitrarily “rounds up” your order to donate to RonaldMcDonald house without your permission. Check your receipts.
Anytime your card is charged without your express permission, that is considered theft or fraud.
I have no issue with rounding up when ASKED.
The manger, who is rude as sin and came to assist in the drive thru as the credit card terminal was not connecting to their order system, denied adjusting anything. She walked away without addressing me, speaking to me or correcting the issue. Instead, she threw another employee at the problem. That employee could have cared less. She too, was rude.
Retraining at this location is necessary.
I can only hope the local and national corporate office will address these situations. Something needs to be done about this location.

The employee asked what my order was and then just thrust a bag at me. Didn't even say "thank you."
The guy taking the order was fine, but when asked about rounding up to donate, I said ok, and he didn't do it. I had to ask again. I also didn't see him out my $10 in the register. He still had it in his left hand as he handed me my receipt.
My burgers were cold, such that the cheese hadn't even melted.
The fries were good, at least

I love this McDonald's and all, but the service is inconsistent at times. The employees behave as if they don't understand English, yet I can see and hear you carrying on full conversations in the kitchen. Please and thank you go a lot further than just standing there with a blank look in your face. Sometimes my order is incorrect which makes no sense because I only ordered one item from the menu. The dining room is dirty, yet there is always someone sweeping, moping, and wiping down tables ; especially when I'm trying to enjoy my meal. 😡
The customers that visit seem docile and civil. The food is always fresh and delicious though very overpriced. I wish there were more space in the dining room. The food portions have gotten smaller than what I remember. It is just a matter of time before I leave fast food joints like this alone for good. 😉
All of these changes are turning me off! The customer service, or lack thereof, needs some improvement!
UPDATE: Your app seems to have a problem switching over from breakfast to lunch regularly. I couldn't order anything today via the app. I want my points and deals!! Then you all claim you were serving lunch even though you still had the breakfast menu displayed. The men's bathroom door stall is completely broken off. This location is deplorable and makes me wonder if anyone is actually running it coherently instead of into hell. Not even the cute manager can save this dismal restaurant from losing my business for good. Please step ya game up! I've never experienced such shoddy operations from a billion dollar franchise! I'd rather starve to death than dine at this location. I definitely took my business elsewhere since I wasn't receiving any cooperation. You all are disgusting, apathetic, and irrelevant!

Worst McDonald's, I've been to. I ordered a small caramel frappé and it was filled mostly with ice. I could chew the ice. It was not blended correctly. The plain sundae was halfway filled. Plus, they dont have fountain drinks available. You have to ask cashiers for drinks. No wonder the place was empty.
