We used to love Lazy Dog because they were very consistent. Unfortunately, the Valentine's special wasn't what was advertised when we went to the Allen, TX location. The backlog on the appetizers and food was around a 45-minute delay for both and they were out of the Butter Cake (which is why we decided to do the special). We were told there were no substitutions allowed on the dessert (we had to take the Huckleberry pie). By the end of the night, it was rather comical, as every waiter was giving the same speech about the delays and being out of food (all the late arriving folks received the same message). We asked to speak to the manager twice, but never saw anyone. As much as we were looking forward to this visit, it was rather disappointing.

We went there the other nite for Valentines Day Dinner in Kissimmee our reservation was for 6pm was seated at 6:30 ordered an appetizer it took over an hr just to get that placed our dinner order by 8pm still haven’t gotten our dinner we ended up leaving the manager did not offer anything to us except paid for our 2 drinks & appetizer which we thought was very rude so needless to say we will not be returning there

We just had a horrible experience at the restaurant in Westminster, CO. We will not be returning. We drove 25-30 min to try this restaurant. The host was great. The food was good. The service was okay. We showed up asking if we could sit where we can watch the Colorado Avalanche game. We were told by the host to make the request with the server. One of the many televisions were changed to the Avalanche game and that was okay with us because after I changed my seat we could both watch the game. While we were still eating our meal and watching the game, the channel changed to the same game that was on every other television in the restaurant. We then asked the server if they can change the channel back and they stated they could not because it was requested to have that television changed…so we don’t matter to them at all. They ended up changing another television to the Avalanche game and I had to change my seat again because somebody else was more important than us. What a first and last impression…so disappointed

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Details: I visited Lazy Dog Restaurant on October 30, 2025 for a meal, and my experience was extremely unsatisfactory: 1. Food Quality: The food was very poor and caused me severe stomach pain and diarrhea, requiring a hospital visit afterwards. 2. Service Level: The service was extremely poor; the staff showed no attention or assistance during my visit. 3. Value for Money: The amount paid (USD 178.12) does not reflect the quality of food or the level of service. I gained no benefit from my visit. Conclusion: I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant if you expect good food and proper service, especially for the price paid.

I am a regular and love the street corn tots and loaded hush puppies. Please keep them. Love the beer though!

Started going here when it first opened 3 years ago and it was amazing, excellent service and delicious food, but over the years coming back during our vacation it has declined steadily, from missing ingredient in meals to no domestic beer on draft, service has got slow and not very attentive, refills are a bonus!! When my meal came out cold I sent it back and the manager came over and asked if I wanted something else! No the same meal but hot, when when the check came they had charged me twice for the meal then removed the additional meal as a comp as if the were doing you a favour, this coupled with the fact of no draft beer made for a disappointing visit! Have sent email to customer service but yet to get an acknowledgement or reply, won’t be going back any time soon.

First time there, waitress took lots of time explaining the details of the menu. She was right on with her recommendations. After she took our order the manager came over with complimentary parmesan potato chips. He said the waitress had informed him it was our first visit. They really seemed to care and it was Friday night and the place was packed. Food was great. Fried deviled eggs laced with their candied bacon was crazy good! We will be back.

Went for birthday dinner. Horrible service. Seated us but server on a break do took forever to order drinks. Someone came over with a few drinks and just set them in the middle of the table and walked away and we had no idea what drink was what Appetizers were cold when served. We were there over 2 hours just have dinner for 7 on patio. Then someone turned the heaters back on so we were roasting. Birthday person waited extra 5 minutes for her food after everyone else had theirs We went there because we thought parking would be easier than Cupertino. Parking better hut service sucked.
