Very disappointed! I was in the line to get inside the parking lot for almost 30 minutes, I really had to use the restroom. I finally get inside, I’m dancing and there are like 8 people in front of me. I’m holding my laptop, so I’m going to work and buy something. And this young lady, probably 18 would not give me the code until I bought something. Like there has to be some sort of human factor, and to make matters worse, my hot sandwich was cold🙄

Kindly either do away with the drive thru or please figure out the driveway and drive thru situation. I couldn’t pick up my walk in order.

it is wayyyyyy too cold in here and the music is way too loud. ppl are talking so loud bc they are trying to talk over the music. the staff is ok but there are employees that are better than others depends on the day you go. if its too busy they seem scattered. the food is no fault of theirs. i would like to see better choices for a vegan or vegetarian. i left bc it was colder in there than outside and too loud. my tea was good though.

Writing this review when I realized I paid for my Fiancé’s coffee (paying it forward). He was parked behind me in the drive through so I paid for his drink, I found out later tonight that they still charged him. Lowkey feel like thats stealing because they didn’t think I would find out. And then had the nerve to ask for a tip?
