The staff and everything is great, but whoever designed this Starbucks must’ve been a little confused..They should really have a separate entrance for people who just want to go into the store. The drive-through line is always backed up and it’s hard to just enter the parking lot because you can’t see who’s exiting bc of the hill.. I Made a Starbucks order, but now I can’t even pick it up because of this hot mess

I order from this location a lot so I don’t want to be too harsh because my orders are right 90% of the time. But multiple times within the last couple of months I’ve received dairy milk in my lattes and flat whites instead of oat milk. One time I was in person so I understand the barista not hearing me, but this time it was for a delivery, so the printed label on the cup said oat milk. I understand how busy you guys are and I’m sure you’re doing the best you can. But pretty please, from someone who will be suffering the rest of the day, double check the ingredients for people like me with allergies 🙏 thank you for all you do otherwise.

This is the worst location in Atlanta. The drive through is backed up so far you can’t even get into the parking lot. Even ordering ahead I’ve waited for as long as 20-30 minutes at the counter waiting for my drink. Slow, slow, slow.

The location is a nightmare to get into. The drive thru lane ends up blocking access for those that are willing to get out of the car. Service can be slow inside as it seems the focus is the drive thru. Folks are fairly nice.
