We visited Captain D's for dinner this evening. Have to say the service has greatly improved. Lots of friendly employees. Placed a to go order and it took 4 minutes from placing the order to walking out the door with our food. Food was great. Highly recommend.

Stopped in here for lunch one afternoon on my way to the Verizon store. Generally my experience with Captain D's goes one of two ways; dirty and trashy or its the ideal Captain D's experience. Luckily my experience at this specific location was the latter. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean & stocked. I took my wife here for dinner and we had the seafood platter with a sweet tea. The food is outstandingly good, but you only get a cup or 2 of tartersauce for 2 dinners if you go and ask for they act like they were gutshot. They put all the condiments behind the counter so now you don't get what you want without going back and forth for them. The price has gone through the roof.
