Just left the McDonalds on my way home after finishing with my employees. This experience was handled totally wrong by McDonalds so called night manager. I pulled up to the menu speaker and ask for the $3.00 (2) double cheeseburger special, no cheese & to add a small frie. When I looked at the screen it had my order for (1) double cheeseburgers (1) small frie. I politely corrected the young man who took my order. He began to argue with me that I did not say that. McDonald's is a mixed bag, with some pleasant surprises and others not so much. On the plus side, some customers have reported being able to order a milkshake and actually receive one, a rare feat. Others have had great breakfast experiences with friendly staff, clean facilities, and prompt service. The server today was very nice, the food was fresh, it was a perfect burger, and the fries were very fresh. Fast service and parking is easy and convenient. This has to be one of the customers' favorite McDonald's locations, with the staff always having a smile on their face and providing delightful service. The morning shift employee is especially praised for their bright and cheery demeanor, brightening the customers' day.
