I had a wonderful experience when I ate at this location with family. Staff was inviting and we got seated right away although we all couldn’t sit together we were still in the same area we was 24 ppl deep..I wished I could remember the waitress name cause she was amazing! I had the Catfish with Greens and Mac n cheese, A drink it was good and strong & the fried devil eggs with shrimp & the banana foster pudding. It was all delicious definitely will come back when visiting ATL.
Menu
The Old Lady Gang restaurant in East Point is well-known for its delicious fried deviled eggs, fried chicken, baked mac and cheese, and other soul food favorites. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the dining experience is often worth the wait, despite some recent feedback on service. Visitors have praised the well-seasoned dishes, particularly the fried fish sandwich with fries, and enjoyed the friendly service. Many customers have also highlighted the shrimp & grits, fried green tomatoes, and salmon bites, along with the good drinks. However, some have noted issues with long wait times for food and drinks, even when the restaurant was not very busy. Despite these concerns, Old Lady Gang remains a highly recommended spot for great food, though guests are advised to manage their expectations regarding customer service and certain menu items.
