Yesterday, we ordered pizza for delivery and unfortunately the third-party delivery service was 25 minutes late picking up our food. Instead of brushing it off, Christina — the manager — immediately stepped in and handled the situation directly with the delivery company. When we finally decided to just pick up the pizza ourselves, they didn’t just hand us the boxes that had been sitting there… they freshened everything up so it would be hot and perfect when we got it home. That level of care is rare. There was also another time when a third-party delivery service dropped off the wrong pizza for our son. Since we live so close, the staff didn’t hesitate — they offered to personally bring the correct pizza to our house, and it was at our door within minutes. No hassle. No excuses. Just immediate action to make it right. And that’s exactly why we keep coming back. Yes, the pizza is amazing. Yes, the food is always fresh and delicious. But it’s Christina, the entire staff, and the owner Dave who truly set Romas Pizza apart. They are the definition of going above and beyond. Whether it’s fixing an issue caused by a third party or simply providing excellent, friendly service every single time, they handle everything with professionalism and heart. They are the poster business for what customer service should look like. We will forever recommend Romas. 🍕❤️”

“I went to trouble and I think I got six cookies and they were the variety where there was a brownie one a Keylime pie one and a couple others and they were the best cookies that I’ve ever had and I got my boyfriend one for his birthday and he was so happy because it was his first Crumbl cookie overall loved crumble and they are doing great. Plus I think the rod system of Crumbl points by just leaving a simple review on Google is amazing.”

“If you’re looking for amazing bagels and coffee, this is the place! The bagels were fresh, soft, and perfectly made, and the homemade cream cheese comes in so many delicious and unique flavors that it’s hard to choose just one. The Matcha Cheesecake Latte was incredible smooth, creamy, and full of flavor. On top of the amazing food and drinks, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home. I can’t wait to come back and try even more of their bagels, cream cheese flavors, and specialty drinks. Highly recommend!”

“Visited Mother's Day weekend. Large crowd present but not overwhelming. Cute, quaint little winery serving flights, wine by the glass or bottle. Made from local fruit. Food truck on site and you can bring your own snacks and beverages but no outside alcohol. Had a very nice time with friends and family. Highly recommend this venue.”

“For five years our trivia team has been attending Monday night General Knowledge trivia at World of Beer, Pooler. It is our way to kick off the work week, a place to enjoy our time together and to participate in a battle of wits with other teams. For five years, our team has consisted of two to seven members, based on who is able to come on Monday nights. Over these five years, we’ve split each gift card winning equally. We use it like a coupon when it comes time to cash out. We’ve never had a major issue with cashing out our equal winnings until last night (8/25/25). With no notifcation, the manager on duty told our server we can no longer break up our winnings per each gift card. He never explained why (his playground, his rules I guess). The manager should have come to our table himself to explain why not send our server to do his job. While our server was talking to us, the manager stole/confiscated two of our gift cards which still had credits on them (roughly $35 all together). We win pretty frequently and as of today, we have $136 in gift card winnings still to be used. Now we’re being told we cannot. How else is a team of several people supposed to spend their winnings? In one lump sum? That’s not possible. The way this whole situation was handled was highly unprofessional and deceitful. It’s a shame too. We really enjoyed our years with PubStar Trivia. Thanks for the memories….with the exception of last night.”

“I got to say when I looked at the reviews online I thought wow this is a great place. Looked at the pictures. The pizza looked fantastic. When I arrived at the location my feelings changed really quickly. First thing I see is a gas station and attached to it as a strip mall and I'm thinking oh my gosh this is going to really be bad. I'm very happy to report that this pizza is outstanding. I'm a pizza snob from Chicago. I would definitely take this to go. It does have that gas station vibe even though it's not really in the gas station. But I got to admit the pizza pie is fantastic. I'll be back again for sure. By the way, I ordered the square Brooklyn style pizza.”

We were traveling having left North Carolina headed back to Florida when we found this place. It will now be our regular stop when passing through. Bey (our waitress) was so friendly and sweet. She gave excellent service! The club sandwich is stacked high with fresh ingredients and served on perfectly toasted bread. Every bite is the perfect combo of crunch, flavor, and satisfaction. The chicken tenders were crispy, juicy, and seasoned just right. They’re known for a reason, and honestly, they might be the best in town! NOT FAR FROM HWY 95. Take the Pooler Pkwy Exit”

“We took advantage of an online special. Beforehand, we had never had Stoner's pizza. First off, the ordering process was easy and the site was easy to navigate. My order was ready upon my arrival. The young lady at the counter was friendly. The pizza..... THE pizza was hot and delicious!!! They topped both pizzas, generously, with cheese. The other toppings were plentiful. The taste of both pizzas were amazing! I will definitely go back. They are great.”
