“Felicity is quite possibly the kindest service industry worker in Elbert County.. Very polite, courteous, professional.. She should be recognized for this, because it's not the first time she has served us.. My only complaint is not with her but the people who put our order together.. By the time we got home and realized it was 90% wrong, the 15 minute drive back to town and 15 minutes back home just wasn't worth the trouble.. Taco Bell is usually on point with everything, but today the food just wasn't up to par.. The service again, exceptional, thank you Felicity!! 👏“
