How hard is it? I tip every time. The sandwich says it comes with pickles, but the last four times it had no pickles. We were told by the owner that if we want pickles to add in the comments, WHICH I DID, and still no freaking pickles. I will no longer be tipping.

Good food. The customer service has gotten much better.

WNB Factory - Wings & Burger offers Atlanta wings that hit different, even when delivered. The small wings are preferred by some, though the forgetfulness of ordering fries was a miss. The food is consistently amazing, thanks to the skilled cooks, despite some rude customer service experiences. The wings are a nice size, but some issues with feathers were noted on one occasion. The "Double Hawaiian Burger" is a must-try, with perfectly grilled patties and fresh, perfectly seasoned fries. The atmosphere is clean and safe, making it a recommended location for a satisfying burger and wings experience.
