This is the 2nd time it's been over 1 hr 50 minutes, and still NO PIZZA. The app shows the driver has been in our neighborhood for an hour. I don't knew what's happened at this location but the service has gone severely downhill. We're done.

Staff was friendly and the carry out pizza was ready in the promised time. We got the philly cheesesteak pizza without mushrooms, and it was made correctly and yummy! Also, got the garlic knots which were not the same as they are at our house in Ohio. The were bites and not knots and didn't really have the buttery garlic taste. They were okay though.

Calling in 2024. If you call them in this year 2024. They will definitely block you if they whined up not liking you. And who knows what it’s going be like in next year 2025. And anyways it’s like a vendetta they have against you and you’ve done nothing wrong tried not complaining anymore than you had to. honestly them saying their phone is down is b.s.! they really don’t like telling the truth to people they don’t like. Honestly as well they won’t even tell you that they don’t like you. It’s like here’s the hint we don’t want you around. So they block your phone number so you can’t call not even using someone else’s number unless it’s a fresh one. Anyways food is great customer service is great when you talk to them or can be able to. but however if not because your blocked and you know it then it’s horrible customer service. And no one else even delivers food not the kind i want from them even if it is at their prices and they are a bit on the cheaper side of prices. And yes I’ve tipped them even the delivery drivers. But if you think that matters think again especially when it comes to being blocked by them. All because they don’t like you and won’t tell you not even the reason why. Even though you were polite and didn’t yell nor berate them let do any kind of harassment. You just ordered your food and gave them tips. Extra money that you don’t really don’t half to and shouldn’t half to but if you want to you can.
We ordered online and had someone pick it up on their way home, because we live way out of town . We didn't get half of our order. I guess we needed to tell him what we ordered because he didn't know to look for anything missing.

I have ordered many times, service is good. Delivery is good. Food is good for the most part. But do not order their premade salads. I ordered a salad and when it came I opened it and it had a foul oder. The tomatoes were slimy and so was everything else. I did taste it and it taste just like it smells. I would not eat it! But called to let them know about the bad salad. And they apologized and giving me free pizza on next order. I will never order another salad there. The salad was disgusting.

Last Friday night i went to pick up our order and discovered our pizza was typed in wrong (our fault). When i saw it was missing my favorite topping i told the worker. Even though it was our fault, he offered to replace the pizza which was already incredibly nice, and he gave us the accident pizza as well. He didnt act like it was an inconvience, and was just chill and kind. We come to Dominos quite often and it is almost always a good experience, but that was above and beyond and made my night after a long day. Thank you to the cooks for fixing MY mistake. We appreciate you. ♡

They never answer the phone delivery cold pizza and they always say oh immsorry someone quit today service is garbage and so is the food
