Never have I ever had a pizza quite like this! I was shocked by the amount of toppings 😆 I came across a video of this, and I couldn't resist making the hour + drive with my family to try it out. We got lucky, and it was just like the video! Massive amounts of toppings, cheesy with a nice thin crust. The service was so friendly, and we felt welcome even tho we were just taking out. We got a large 'the special' with pepperoni, sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms, green olives, and black olives. Half with no olives or mushrooms, and they got it perfect! What a gem that we stumbled upon. Can't wait to find a reason to head back there 🫶

I saw The Hitching Post on Facebook and although I do not drink nor am I a fan of Pizza I read the reviews and saw the pictures of the Pizza so with my Mom & Sister on a recent trip to North Carolina on our way home we decided to stop for a Vegetarian Pizza. It was truly the BEST PIZZA I had ever had in my entire life! Looking forward to make the hour + drive very soon for another of the most amazing Pizza ever. Note to self bring some paper plates so we can enjoy in the car once again. Below are some photos unfortunately I should have taken them before we dug into it.

We are new to Ellijay and stumbled upon this store on our way home. Ordered the ‘Special’ pizza and wings. Both were absolutely fabulous. Plenty of toppings and all the way to the edge! We will be making this place a regular for our take-out pizza 🍕 joint!!

Been going to Hitching Post for pizza for years. Always get mushrooms and they are always fresh....except yesterday. They were canned. Canned mushrooms are the worst. Buyer beware
