This particular IHOP has delicious food and hasn't disappointed us yet. We've always had friendly servers, and they've always taken care of us. During our last visit, they had 2 groups of 12 plus people, and they were able to get them seated relatively quickly even with a Sunday morning rush.
I will go out of my way to stop here for breakfast if I'm even remotely close.

IHOP has added healthier options to menu. Veggie egg white omelette was very tasty. Very friendly & efficient server. Probably the cleanest and most modern IHOP I've seen.

Cinnamon roll pancakes were simply awesome. Recommended by server, who was an absolute darling, and she was spot on! Not too sweet, Fab flavor. My only complaint, and not a biggie, the restaurant was pretty chilly.
Otherwise, excellent!
