Front staff was rude, they dit visibly annoyed because we wanted to add items to our subs, then even more so because I asked for a drink. Maybe SLOW down and focus on a quality experience with your customers instead of being bothered by people handling you money?

I ordered a Chipotle cheesesteak. There was no Chipotle and there was very little meat.Jersey Mike's used to be my favorite sandwich place. I'm not going back to this one. I hope others aren't as bad.Two stars because what little sandwich I got was still tasty even if it was wrong and lacking in meat.

The Philly cheesesteak sandwich was delicious! Bread was so fresh it melts in your mouth. The employees were very friendly.

The food is good, but only if it's fixed correctly as ordered on the app...which it NEVER is. The biggest issue is that the app isn't even thorough enough to be able to add extra of something to a sandwich or say you want something on the side. The other issue is that it's super disappointing to receive your order wrong, and then try to call the store to have them fix it only to find out they NEVER answer their phone. The last time I got the wrong bread, wrong toppings, and the wrong cheese. ?Vegetarian options: They have veggie subs, but don't have cucumbers or spinach if those are your jam. Otherwise, it's a cold cut shop. They're not really catering to vegetarians, but they do have an option.

10 out of ten recommend! Very busy because everyone is trying it out, but the food was fresh and awesome. So glad to be able to get a good sun sandwich in Ellijay. YUM!

they have a lot to improve on before i would go back, besides paying $10 for an average cheese steak the genre and volume of the music blaring through the speakers would better be suited for more urban setting. the women before us dumped her entire beverage on the floor in front of the cashier and none of the 4 employees got a mop or warned anyone to be careful.
