THIS REVIEW IS ONLY IN REGARDS TO THE Ellijay (Ga) LOCATION
The cashiers always seem confused when I go pick up my order; the toppings look like they were barely tossed on top, mostly in one spot, and the pizza crust is 1/3 of the total slice.
UPDATE Jan 07, 2025: In the last year, I've gone back four times. Three of those times, there was an issue with me being able to place an order. The most recent one occurred tonight. I attempted to place an order using the app (2-topping Stuffed Crust pizza for $10.49), but for some reason it never accepted the order. I even tried to place the order on the website, and it seemed to work (order went to "cart") only to receive an error message when I tried to checkout.
I went inside the restaurant and explained the problems I was having, and was basically told "too bad". THE LOCATION IN ELLIJAY, GA IS HORRIBLE!

I request the owner/manager review your camera footage last night to show the actions of your staff. I drove up and placed my order, the girl walked away and never returned. A second girl came up and asked for my order , I stated I had already given my order and asked if everything was okay, she then walked and never returned. It took a third girl to take my order again and fulfill it. The level of pettiness from these high school girls is evident and will land you in a discrimination suit if you continue to allow this behavior.

Not only was my order of two cheesy breads completely wrong. I had an actual bite taken out of my pizza. I will never eat at this place again. I’m very disappointed because I really enjoyed their pizza. They need to teach their people customer service. They’re all very rude loud and disrespectful at night.

Very difficult to get service here. The food is good though. The employees seem like they are very uninterested in helping customers.

Very nice staff. There were hot and ready, but we were willing to wait for fresh batch. We had a big order and it only took 5 minutes before they came out with our pizzas and crazy bread. Staff was very cordial and kind. Would definitely go back. Pizzas were nice and hot. Well made.

There are few options in this area and I find myself using this one as a last resort easy fix for times when I have many mouths to feed and many differences in taste preferences.
It's hard to go wrong with pepperoni pizzas and cheese pizzas combined!
I would rate the quality as similar to a frozen pizza that you cook in your oven.
It lacks the crunchy, buttery texture while the sauce and cheese are a bit bland.
There is no "zeal" or "zing" associated with each bite...
I wouldn't care so much if the price was on par with the quality but I used to be near a Domino's and the pizza quality was far better in each area I listed above while costing much less!
I'm not here to advertise for another restaurant but figure the two are aimed at the same customer base and set to compete with each other.
Customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant is not on par with most any establishment!
The lobby is a place I would only sit if I were wearing work clothes and was already nasty.
The service is slow and extremely robotic/impersonal.
Employees seem annoyed that they are there and by having to even talk to customers, especially if it is to ring up the transaction!
All said, I will still order at this location for convenience but I would move to another option if one were presented!
I hate having to write this review but it is accurate and maybe it will result in some improvements down the road.
Best wishes and I hope you have a better experience.
Vegetarian options: It's a pizza place, just leave the meats off your order.
Dietary restrictions: There are many options for the toppings so leave out anything you want.
Parking: The parking lot is laid out quite strangely, but there are never enough cars to occupy more than 1/3rd. of the available space.
The largest issue is the lack of lighting at night. It is very dark in the main parking area.

I hardly ever eat pizza from anywhere (like 1x every 5 years). I ordered & paid thru the app, scheduled to pick up thru Drive Thru. The young lady was very cheerful and pleasant, and it was ready in about 10 minutes from when I ordered it. Thank you so much!
