We called to try and place an order after recently losing my wife and the employees were rude and childish kept passing the phone around between each other laughing and giggling saying here you take it no you take. It was very disrespectful and rude we will not be eating here anytime soon until some one teaches there employees to be respectful and do their job and quit acting like two yr olds.

Hot and ready... that's a stretch. Warm at best. Ready...sometimes. Store could use some cleaning inside but especially outside. Employees could definitely be...less...miserable. Realistically, it's not worth the price paid anymore. Subpar pizza and the crazy bread is more like crazy sticks... they were about 6 inches long and about 1/4 inch wide and thick. Definitely not worth the price for those... and ice cold marinara is a terrible idea.

I went into this store today to order a pizza online via my phone but needed some help. I had a piece of paper in my hand regarding a school fundraiser and wanted to make sure I ordered it correctly. After discussing with two employees, they sent the manager. This is the rudest person I have ever come in contact with in a customer service environment. She jerked the paper out of my hand and was yelling what did I expect her to do with this and waiving it in my face. Then she said this store NO NO. How can someone with that type of service be a manger. I have contacted the corporate of Little Casears. Although they may be a franchise, they should still be held accountable for the same standards that the corporate stores have. Never Ever will I go into that store again, and believe me, I will tell everyone I know in Ellijay, which is alot of people my experience. Shame on you.

This is the worst place for customer service don’t listen to the customer and can fix a order right and ask for half money back and they cancel the order and take the food away that was there fault for not fixing the order right two times so I’m putting this out there DONT USE I think they need to be shut down

There's only teenager employees that I have ever seen but with that being said this store is actually ran pretty decently and the 1 time my order was incorrect they didn't mind fixing it for me with a smile instead of getting a attitude or stank face 👀😈 good job little ceasers Crew

Pretzel crust:: My wife and I went and ordered the pretzel crust that I have seen on TV and have been expecting for a couple of months to enjoy however: Little Caesars has definitely gone downhill I used to enjoy their pizza on regular basis We had the pretzel crust and it was terrible The crust itself was good however they decided that they wanted to put this nacho cheese on instead of the red sauce definitely a big no so make sure you ask for no nacho cheese if you want to enjoy your pizza. The service was excellent
It's alright. Can be good if you're in the mood for it. Y'all are too stingy with the cheese on the crazy bread. Please fix it. Thank you 👍.

THIS REVIEW IS ONLY IN REGARDS TO THE Ellijay (Ga) LOCATION The cashiers always seem confused when I go pick up my order; the toppings look like they were barely tossed on top, mostly in one spot, and the pizza crust is 1/3 of the total slice.
UPDATE Jan 07, 2025: In the last year, I've gone back four times. Three of those times, there was an issue with me being able to place an order. The most recent one occurred tonight. I attempted to place an order using the app (2-topping Stuffed Crust pizza for $10.49), but for some reason it never accepted the order. I even tried to place the order on the website, and it seemed to work (order went to "cart") only to receive an error message when I tried to checkout. I went inside the restaurant and explained the problems I was having, and was basically told "too bad". THE LOCATION IN ELLIJAY, GA IS HORRIBLE!

I request the owner/manager review your camera footage last night to show the actions of your staff. I drove up and placed my order, the girl walked away and never returned. A second girl came up and asked for my order , I stated I had already given my order and asked if everything was okay, she then walked and never returned. It took a third girl to take my order again and fulfill it. The level of pettiness from these high school girls is evident and will land you in a discrimination suit if you continue to allow this behavior.

Not only was my order of two cheesy breads completely wrong. I had an actual bite taken out of my pizza. I will never eat at this place again. I’m very disappointed because I really enjoyed their pizza. They need to teach their people customer service. They’re all very rude loud and disrespectful at night.
