Great food. Always get the sampler. Baby back, chopped chicken, chicken tenders, sweet potatoes fries, fried okra, also they have green beans, potatoes salad, mac and cheese, and Brunswick stew. Other foods as well.

This location never fails. (new bench seats)We had the sampler platter.... Pulled pork, ribs, chic tenders, baked beans, okra, Mac n cheese, boneless wings... All very good. For a chain BBQ place it's a yes in my book. My hubby loves bbq so we have been to all of them.The only item we weren't impressed with was the pulled chic. But we will take it to go and Dr it up.
Hoped for better. Very slow, bland to medium food. When family feels like it was our last trip. Everybody has an off day, but it felt like it was the norm at this location. I wouldn't say stay away, but don't go out of your way. It wasn't a peak time or a peak day. So maybe they weren't on their "A" game.

As a former employee the corporate office and the district manager a severely lacking in leadership roles 2/3 sinks are broken and they have been informed the filtering machine for the fryers is broken they haire the cheapest maintenance personnel they can find how fixes it as a temporary fix so they have to keep calling him. The walk in is not hold correct temp. Food sitting on the floor of the wall in health code violation. Chris you are the single worst issue with this store aside from the high school drama bullies you have for your front of house staff booty shorts anf leggings are not dress code compliant and it's disgusting. And for those of you who eat here this is a photo from the walk in on Saturday before easter

I have been coming to Shane's since the doors opened and sorry to say that it's been going down hill since corporate has took it over. food has been absolutely awful. need to get the original owner to come and show them how to cook. the staff is absolutely awesome and apologetic.

A club I'm part has meetings here, that's how found it. I began stopping for take out to eat in car with my dog on my way back from Georgia events returning to Murphy.For the type Restaurant The Shack is I would give a 5 but the food is inconsistent, I like the chicken strips and I've stopped and they were out, I had a Hot Dog that was horrendous. Sometimes fries have been cold, the chicken strips have been consistently good. Employees appear to be happy and atmosphere is laid back. Yes I still stop because most of the time it's very good eatin.

The ribs were not cooked didn't eat. The chicken tenders were tough, use to be great food, understand under new management. Not good as in the past.
