quick, accurate and so nice
They made one of my drinks wrong…. But that’s okay. I just wanted to try something new lol! But y’all are great! Keep up the hard work!
Delicious as always! Computers were a little out of sorts, but it didn't stop us from having a wonderful coffee experience!

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has both excellent and inconsistent customer service. A barista named Danyelle was the most kind barista and made the best coffee, asking if everything looked good before handing the drinks out. Another employee named James was incredibly nice and polite, helping a customer find an alternative for the crunch pecan oat milk latte when it was out of stock. However, a different visit was inconsistent, as the same drink order was made differently every day. A shift manager named Kris yelled “WHAT” at a new employee in front of customers, showing a poor attitude and terrible customer service. The coffee mixes well with cream and flavored syrups. It is a great place to stop before going on a mountain drive, with outdoor seating and bogo day deals.
