It can be really difficult to find good food out when you have food sensitivities. This place was amazing. The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Any question I had, they were able to answer.
I loved the "build a bowl" option. The food was fresh, generously portioned (I ordered a small and couldn't finish), and absolutely delicious.
Dietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten free options available. Staff is knowledgeable. No issues with cross contamination during my visit.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. You will miss the best foodie experience in Ellijay. Delicious and healthy…who knew? They will let you order whatever you want and add and take away to your hearts content. Everything is made fresh and it is super fast to your table. Katy and Cullen were great and Mary was the perfect Stepford esque assistant. Will go there often. And thank the staff for happy take out. What a life saver.

The staff were so friendly, it makes it hard to leave less than a 5 star review but the food did not have the flavor we were expecting. We had two different apps and two different ramen bowls and each item had something that made it less than ideal (i.e. lack of flavor, texture inconsistency, bad mix of flavors…). It’s quite possible we went on a “off” day. Because of how great the service was, I’d be open to trying it again in hopes of different results.
Vegetarian options: I saw a Vegan ramen option, vegetable potstickers, and then you could build your own poke bowl with egg or avocado as your “protein”.

The food was great but the atmosphere was even better. The two people working were so kind and positive and didn’t make us feel rushed they even let us try two different teas because we were unsure of what to get. Thank you to the people of the shack yall were amazing
The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious! I had the birria ramen with some pork belly bao buns and I'd happily recommend both!
P.S.: the staff will gladly accommodate food allergies. A friend with allergies to ingredients commonly found in noodle shops was able to eat here with no problems at all.

A hidden gem, The Shack not only had amazing food, but amazing service. The server explained the food perfectly and gave samples for us new to some of the cuisine. I would go again and again, if I lived close by .
