if i could give this store a zero i would , customer service is terrible. we had cold fries went inside to get hot ones they act like they didn’t wanna give them to us. laughing at us for what idk. terrible terrible terrible. my drink was nasty went inside to get another one told me i had to pay for it.like what. they need to to do better

This location is worse compared to other Wendy's locations. I was told I had to use kiosk to order (typically prefer that method) but the 2 machines didn't work. The screen did not respond to touch input. Went back to counter to be ignored for a while. Eventually asked about machine not working again? Then said she'd help but it would be a while. Went back to machine. I noticed counter prices are higher than kiosk, not cool Wendy's. After several minutes of fighting with machine I got my order in. When I got outside it was made incorrectly. I give up.

🍟 potatoes were cold, even though I was told they were waiting for more to get finished cooking, and I don't like being told a lie, even a petty one like this. So, I might not even go to that Wendy's until I feel like something is done.
Parking: It's in a good location. They have plenty of parking, and it's usually a busy place and when you get there before a rush it's always hot food
They didn't have any baked potatoes, so I had to settle for fries. But all turned out well.

Place is a joke. Food is just thrown together. It's not fresh, employees or managers try in argue with you when they are standing around talking and not paying attention to you ordering. The restaurant inside is gross. Horrible service all the way around
