We looked on door said open in lobby until 12…. It’s was 9:45. Now 5 minutes within receiving our food was told by the guy who took our order that “they was closed and to get out” that his exact words. We had to pack up our food and leave. The rudeness was awful! If they was closing why not just not take our order! However the hrs on door & website say lobby closed at 12….

Went to Wendy’s today (6/28/25, at 3pm) , got a ten piece chicken nugget, a ten piece spicy nugget me, a four piece nugget and another meal. I received one four piece and one ten piece but was missing the rest. Drove back around and politely asked if I could get the rest. When the young man came back to the window he mocked my voice while handing me the food and they all laughed. I wasn’t sure if they messed with my food or not. So I attempted to reach out to the manager only for her to be useless and say they are kids like it’s no big deal.

Late evening drive through experience. This was an interesting experience to say the least. While the staff was friendly, there was an amount of struggle going on during the order fulfillment process. The order took a while to make and in the end we got someone else's meal, only finding out after they yelled for us after driving away and running towards the car to ask if we had the wrong food. It turns out we had part of the order for the people in the car behind mine. No military discount at this Wendy's, like many others do.

We decided to try Wendy's cuz it's been about 6 years since we've had Wendy's. Oh let me tell you what a disaster. Get there right around 10:45. Thinking they'd have they're fresh, hot french fries wrong, then we got to our table. They were very cold so in a polite manner I took them back to the front asked guy. Hey man, these are very cold. Can we get some more fries so he walked over to the fry station? Put his hand into the french fries to fiddle with them to see if they were warm. I was like oh God. So you filled up two new packets of fries. Ask me what I thought of them. I can tell right off the bat. They were called okay so that's that, I got the bacon cheeseburger and my wife got the Junior cheeseburger. Both came out cold lifeless no flavor. No effort to making the burgers. The cheese was barely melted onto the Patty. Needless to say we will not come back to this place. We couldn't even finish two bites out of the burger. Very sad because we wasted $20. On the other hand, the water was fantastic 🏴☠️

I sent my husband to get my lunch today a crispy chicken sandwich fries and frosty ..I took two bites of the sandwich and luckily I saw it 🤢 omg it was green the breading had a huge green spot..needless to say I threw it away and was sick all day at work gross 🤢 I won't be back!

First time trying a baconator. Very unimpressed!!! Doesn't look at all like the amount of bacon that the picture makes you think there would be. Not even a bite of bacon in my first bite. Looks like a regular amount of bacon that would come on their other normal bacon burgers. Will NOT order this again and I do NOT recommend it.

I sat in the drive through line for 28 mintues while the two girls and the one women who were working the windows laughed and talked about closing early due to repairs. I don’t even care they are closing early but I’ve already paid for my order id expect to get it before they closed. The lady at the window said sorry for the wait but also dropped my food into my car window and slammed the window shut.

Don't want to give you enough crackers to eat with your chili!! So aggravating when they roll their eyes when you ask for more than two packs! Easy Ellijay!! We offered to pay for the crackers... I will go back but bring my own crackers!!
