So let's see: the employees were talking so loud that the girl taking my order couldn't hardly hear me. I specifically told them I wanted a hamburger with no cheese as part of order as there's an allergy. They put cheese on it anyways. Ordered a baked potato with sour cream and chives. No sour cream. The fries were barely warm. We didn't eat half our order. Called to speak to the manager. Ask to talk to the manager - She got on(well, I guess it was her. All she said was "hello?") Call disconnected. Won't be back :)

Waited over a half hour to get to the drive through order window to have the person working the window tell us if we are in a hurry to go someplace else! They just lost my business and I'll let everyone else I knowabout this! Totally unexceptable customer service!

made an account just to leave this review, as i’ve never felt the need before but i’ve had it. absolutely horrific service from the cooks, the last 4 or 5 times me and my family have had inexcusable issues every time. Cold fries, undercooked bacon, unsalted fries, no sauce when asked, and 3 of those times we were flat out given someone else’s order, meaning two sets of people get screwed over in one go. terrible, terrible workers, it isn’t worth your time. do not eat here, they don’t care

The staff they do have are always kind and professional! However, the wait times are often ridiculous even at non peak hours. We waited in line for close to 30 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of us. This is a regular problem. They must be extremely short staffed. Management needs to either hire more people or off better pay to encourage more people to apply.
