I would give them 1 star if it wasn’t for the sweet and sour sauce, the food and fries tasted like they were 2 days old. Really didn’t expect such poor food quality on a Sunday afternoon.

It was okay like all other McDonald's you go and get your food get out and taste okay I wouldn't recommend eating McDonald's every day though

I was just there and a manager Dakota I think her name was blonde hair I ordered a McDonald's bag the chicken plain got that fine I ordered a snack wrap ranch I have a food allergy to spicy foods lucky I looked at my food before I ate it or I would have been in the hospital your workers need to verify the correct order before it gets shipped out if somebody has a food allergy that's a lawsuit on y'all have a good day

This place is horrible. I was in the drive thru this morning and I watched a worker named “Pam” (I heard her name being called by another worker) make 3 frappes. She added the whip cream and it fell down the side of the cup and on the lid. Instead of being HYGIENIC AND CLEAN, she used her finger to wipe the whip cream off….THEN puts the whip cream in her mouth and then proceeds to wipe the rest off the lid with her nasty spit fingers. She did this repeatedly like 4x….it was so disgusting and not hygienic whatsoever. Whoever got those 3 frappes has her spit all on the lid. EW.
Nice atmosphere and on July 1 2025 @ 1300 the manager is very friendly to everyone especially children and creating a great vibe in the mcdonalds

Admittedly they got my order wrong twice, but then they went pretty above and beyond to make it right. So i can't complain too much! My order was a bacon Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, no ketchup or mustard, only Mayo. First the sandwich comes out with ketchup and mustard, then when they remake it for me, it comes out with no bacon or Mayo. Yes i was frustrated, but I've worked fast food before. I get that mistakes happen sometimes, there's nothing you can do about that. Plus i think the kid that was working the register was new to it. So i didn't say anything stupid or crazy, i just let them go ahead and fix it again. But by that time, the manager decided not only to refund my money. But she also threw in both an extra order of fries, and an apple pie. So like i said that was pretty above and beyond of her, she didn't have to do all of that. Oh and they're also in the middle of a remodel on the whole Love's store right now. That's another thing I've had experience with before, so i know that's something that can add an extra level of hectic for them!
