I walked inside to order around 8:45 am when there were no other customers in line, stood at the counter, and 3 employees all working didn’t even acknowledge me for several minutes. Not even a “we’ll be right with you.” The drive thru was not busy, so I have no idea what they were doing. I walked out because apparently I died and am now a ghost.

Usual Starbucks experience but I wonder why when I order coffee no matter what size I NEVER get what I paid for? This time I ordered a venti and the coffee was low enough to be a grande? Why? Why is it that the coffee is never full?

While Starbucks has always been a great place to have coffee from, they need to get more consistent on service level. For example the coffee can be very hot or just about hot, depending the place u go. A small thing, but makes a big difference to the satisfaction level of having a coffee
