Usual Starbucks experience but I wonder why when I order coffee no matter what size I NEVER get what I paid for? This time I ordered a venti and the coffee was low enough to be a grande? Why? Why is it that the coffee is never full?

While Starbucks has always been a great place to have coffee from, they need to get more consistent on service level. For example the coffee can be very hot or just about hot, depending the place u go. A small thing, but makes a big difference to the satisfaction level of having a coffee

Loved this Starbucks fast and on point with my order had a medicine ball and a ham and Swiss and a cake pop it was delicious recommend

I really want to come here and work regularly becuase it;s close to my home but I always forget to bring my Artic exploration gear to stay warm. Easy to forget that stuff when it's 94 outside. They have A/C cranked down to -342 degrees to counter-act of all the giant windows radiating heat inside. There is a fireplace, but I never see it turned on. There are not enough electrical outlets and the lighting feels like you are being interrogated by the cops. Looking up is like an officer at a traffic stop shining his 500,000 LUMEN LED flashlight in your face. So yeah, bring your sunglasses too. Maybe switch the bulbs out and start charging us for tanning services too. coffee and a tan. I could be onto something here... or maybe this Starbucks just hates customers that want to hang out for a hew hours and spend time working there. My fingers have turned blue so I can't type anym...

Probably my favorite Starbucks of all time, always gets my drink right and they always have the pleasure of serving me. The young gentleman in the drive-thru in the mornings on the weekdays is such a outstanding employee.

I've been using this Starbucks since it opened and have been happy for the most part. Lately, when I order oatmeal with dried fruit, they leave out the dried fruit. It wouldn't be a big deal except that this happened a few times. I'm still giving you stars for the food overall, but your oatmeal isn't cheap so I'd appreciate that you give me what I order.

Waited in the drive-thru for about 25 minutes. Not sure what was going on, but it would of been nice to been told when you're at the ordering station of the drive-thru. Someone could of chimed in if they are super busy or backed up and theres a long wait.
Weirdly enough the mobile ordering was down as well. Hopefully this was a technical issue. I won't be returning to this location, hopefully everyone there was okay the day I was there, but in this day with headsets I don't think it would of been super difficult to say sorry it will be a long wait or something.
