Was looking forward to a whopper meal. pleasant young man took our order.
At least half of the empty tables were dirty. Food delivery was painfully slow.
Fries were crisp ad hot but the burgers were as cold as the lettuce sitting on them.
We were disappointed and won't return for a lo g time.
I went through the drive through this morning and the lady working the drive through kept wiping her hand around her mouth. She then proceeded to hand me my orange juice and bag my food (without cleaning her hands).🤢
Having been a store general manager myself for several years before retirement I found this stores GM very argumentative and unwilling to listen to a calling customer. She was highly defensive and outrageously rude, not a great representative of Burger King employees. While my store was in a poor neighborhood it still managed to take an award for outstanding customer service 5 years in a row and I had a firey temper in my younger days.
