Having been a store general manager myself for several years before retirement I found this stores GM very argumentative and unwilling to listen to a calling customer. She was highly defensive and outrageously rude, not a great representative of Burger King employees. I came in to get the impossible burger meal. I ordered no ketchup no tomato extra onions. However, when I got the burger, it had ketchup and tomatoes. Unfortunately, I had to go through again because the new order had ketchup on it. Thankfully, Nicole was here and she is phenomenal! Fast food? I doubt that very much! I waited in the drive through for over 30min before I was even able to order. Would i have just given up, absolutely, however I was stuck and unable too. Ridiculous Burger king!
