My husband visited your establishment on December 1st at approximately 7:20 PM. Unfortunately, the experience he had with the female employee wearing a red hat who was serving ice cream was deeply disappointing. She was visibly rude, handled the items and utensils carelessly, and displayed an unprovoked attitude simply because he was placing an order. The interaction became so uncomfortable that he ultimately asked her to cancel the order and chose to leave. When he later called to speak with a manager, he was told the manager was “out of the country,” and when he asked to speak with a supervisor, the same employee identified herself as the supervisor. As a business owner myself, I found this situation extremely concerning. No customer should feel disrespected or uncomfortable, and it is disheartening to see an employee represent a business in such an unprofessional and hostile manner. This kind of behavior damages the environment you work hard to create, and I sincerely hope this matter is addressed with the seriousness it deserves.

The staff here is great, however today was concerning. They're were two gentlemen working and one had open wounds on his fingers (thumb specifically was red from open cut) while handling the ice cream with no gloves. I also watched him drop the metal churn he was using onto the ice cream before scooping it into the customer's cup for serving 🤢

Not a great experience today. The ice cream was incredible but the service was not good. We had a large group with us. The lady did not listen to the ice cream order we had put in and overcharged us for an extra ice cream instead of an extra topping. When I mentioned it at the end, she was still not listening and I just paid it. Wish I could rate my experience higher, but that’s what dropped the rating from a 5 star down to a 2 star.

Ordered a custom cake and was charged $60. I'm fine with paying a insane price for a cake as long as it's right. After all it's just once a year. I show up to pick the cake up and noticed first that it was missing bananas on top of it. Guy explained it to me that the bananas would become discolored once placed on cake. I'm good with that explanation but wish it would have been relayed over the phone when I ordered it. I get home and start eating the cake and noticed that walnuts were placed on the side of it instead of almonds like I ordered. I was told over the phone that they could do the almonds. Surprise. Lastly when you spend that much on a ice cream cake you expect a good amount of layered ICE cream in the thing. Nope, they were skimpy on the thickness of the layers so much so that I was tasting more cake than the actual signature ice cream flavors that I paid so much for. Last year I had a great cake; but this year I am severely disappointed. May not return next year. 😔

First time I’ve been to cold stone in several years. Probably won’t be back. First the girl working there asked me 3 times if I was ready yet when I was clearly reading the menu. No one behind me waiting btw. Very annoying to be rushed. Then I asked if almonds could be substituted for the pecans in one of the “signature creations” and was told that would be an up charge. Last I checked almonds were cheaper than pecans so don’t nickel and dime your customers over bs like that! Ended up getting the peanut butter cup perfection. Looked nothing like the picture and definitely not the way I remember it. Pretty sure there were only 2 Reese’s cups in the whole $10 cup of chocolate ice cream and not much else. Very plain and disappointing and over priced. Would much rather have went to the grocery store and picked up a pint of Ben and Jerry’s.

We killed either 5 drain flies or fruit flies that were buzzing around the entire store. We ended up leaving because they just made eating inside unpleasant. This is obviously an issue for code enforcement or the health department to look into because if things are not being cleaned properly or kept properly that causes a breeding ground for pests. Young lady was very nice that waited on us
I ordered a 6-topping ice cream for $20, but what I received was plain vanilla ice cream with the amount of toppings equivalent to just one. Skimping on toppings I paid for, very petty whoever made my ice cream. Give me what I paid for!

We came here to enjoy ice cream for Father’s Day and I was nothing but disappointed. I ordered the minion ice cream and had to sent it back because there was no marshmallows, chocolate chips or sprinkles. Was told that I should have asked to get that mixed in and before I could take a bite, there was hair mixed into it. I will never be back to patronize this establishment. The kids working seemed like they they didn’t care and would go to the back and stay back there until the door was opened. No customer service at all. Just sad.

Just for customers to be aware of. Manager makes employees reuse paper cups left off the tables rinse them and reuse them for other customers. So after someone is done eating out of them you’re sharing them!!!
