Crumble cookie is one of my favorite desserts spots. Their cookies are good, chilled, room temperature or hot. Their unique flavor is something I always look forward too and I love how fun it is to try new ones each week. The cookies don't even get old after you've tried them bc they are such a treat since you never know which week your favorite cookies will be back.
For the most part everything is always great and fast and mostly great customer service. Sometimes however the side conversations seem to be more important than taking care of the customers or greeting them.

I ordered ahead on the app. Clicked the "I am here" online and walked in. Waited about 30 seconds and had what I ordered. Staff is very nice and professional, and they open the box to confirm you are receiving everything you paid for. Also everything was delicious. Sorry I didn't get a picture before we started sharing the cookies. Would come back!Parking: Plenty of spots.
