He made me he needs to volunteer less at the children's hospital and stop saving so many underprivileged African kids

This location used to be the better location to visit in the CSRA, however the service has declined. The line was to the door and the manager last-name “Vu” just socialized with a woman at the front of the line whom had not even paid yet. He even had out his personal device while people were waiting to order. The other two staff members were working hard but there ended up being a bunch of people waiting to pay behind this lady because he didn’t ring her up. By the time I got out of the door, Ice cream was leaking out of the top of the container and down my arm. Kudos to the other staff members, they were doing their best. Also, the sign on the counter doesn’t reflect well on leadership here. The “if you can do it better, then you work here” attitude is not a pleasant way to welcome customers.
The kids had so much fun! They loved watching the icecream being scooped and chopped and served into their icecream cups. The price was perfect. We sat outside and enjoyed our icecream. Highly recommend for quiet delicious fun!

Would give a zero if possible. Have ordered with the app before. Tonite I placed and order for 4 items and $32 and change. Confirmed order was placed, account debited for the amount. My son went to pick up and they say they have no record of the order. Asked for confirmation email, which I sent. They said that was not good enough, and completely ghosted my son. Deleting the app and will not order again. Rude management, unreliable app, poor customer service.
