Stop in for a Taco Salad in a shell . Young lady informed me that they would need to make the shell , no problem . She informs the young man about making the shell says and he was not doing that. Wow. Not good for business.

Their service was very fast and friendly, maybe I came at the right time, but I honestly don't see how anyone could give them a bad review.

This location is a crap shoot. The staff have varied attitudes especially during dinner rush. The workers seem to freak out and are constantly looking past us over our heads to see the other patrons coming in. Deal with what’s in front of you and don’t worry about the line, you’ll get through it. Leadership needs to be better at managing, delegating, and supervising the youngin’s on the front lines. Also if someone could inform them that hungry people are going to be entering the building to order food in which they are going to have to serve that’d be great if they knew that before taking a job in the food and beverage industry. No customer wants to feel as though they’re burdening the staff by patronizing their business.

I usually avoid this location because they will be stingy with portions. I went last night because moes was closed and I should have skipped and went to chicfila. The worker was stingy with portions while making my bowl and had an attitude when I asked for more. Also the five star reviews for this location are fake.

I’ve had an incredibly unfortunate experience at Diablo’s that I feel compelled to share. After dining here on two separate occasions, I contracted salmonella from their chicken dishes both times. This has not only been unpleasant but has also resulted in significant medical bills.

While I understand that mistakes can happen, it's crucial for a restaurant to ensure food safety standards are strictly followed. I urge the management to address this serious issue promptly to prevent further harm to other customers.

Given the severity of the situation, I kindly request that Diablo’s consider covering my recent medical expenses related to this issue. This is not just about compensation but about taking responsibility for the health and safety of your customers.
