Great, fast, and tasty food!
Amazing store. Great staff. Phenomenal customer service and delicious food. If you have not checked them out, you are really missing out.

This location stays pretty busy. For the best experience I recommend ordering online.
The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to the soda machine was totally out of ALL diet drinks. Staff did fill my request in the back.

Apparently, this location doesn’t have pickle spears since this is my third carry out order in a row that they were missing. Management needs to find out why this issue is recurring.

I was unable to order from my normal Firehouse subs location due to the damage from Helene, so I tried this one. Big mistake. First of all, we had ordered a large fry for 4.99 then when we picked up the order, we were told that dont have fries at that location and was given a fountain drink in the place of them. Which doesn't add up. Then get home, and my sandwich is just gross. All I could taste was mayonnaise, and it didn't even taste like it was toasted. Very disappointing. I will NEVER order from this location again.

After having my order messed up, Lisa went ahead and took care of making it right! Even giving me a medium instead of the small I ordered. Very friendly staff!

Drive through lady was very rude from the start. I literally just pulled up , can you wait at least 3 seconds to give me a chance to speak. Rushed me the whole time. Spent $30 on two sandwiches. Didn’t get pickles or napkins. 9/5/2024 @7:20 pm. If you hate your job so much either quit or quit taking it out on customers.
