Terrible service. Ordered online and when I arrived I was told I couldn’t use the window to pick up my food. I had before but they said it was policy. Needless to say they never said it was a new policy, didn’t apologize, weren’t nice about it whatsoever. I asked if they could make an exception since I’m sick (probably contagious), which was why I order to pick up, and I was told no. I asked if someone could just bring it to the car so I didn’t spread germs and again told no. In my opinion, that’s terrible customer service, it’s rude and they could have just said sure we’ll hand it to you at the window but next time you have to come in. I mean really, how hard is it to just be kind and do the right thing. Apparently it is for them and I will never visit again for that reason alone. I cancelled my order.

It’s really not cool that you can’t use a gift card on the firehouse app or website.

What’s even more not cool, is when you come in and ask if they will honour a deal on the app in the store (because you can’t use your gift card on the app) and Manager Justin comes out and treats you like complete crap. He’s rude and he has the interpersonal skills of a caveman. Maybe I should not have interfered with his time standing in the doorway playing on his phone, but if I ever see him in there again, I’ll turn around and walk out.
