Look, this has been my family's go to for years. Is it El Rey quality? No, certainly not. El Rey is the best Mexican restaurant in town. Mi Rancho is chain Mexican restaurant quality. What makes Mi Rancho special is the employees and speed/quality of service. The food is consistent, albeit occasionally under seasoned, but hits the spot.
