I feel like Panda House has gone down hill food wise. Went at lunch time, not busy, food stale did not look appealing, staff was not overly friendly. Disappointed. I use to LOVE this place... not so much now

So I've been longing for my high school days when my friends and i got out early for work release and 3 or 4 times a week went to the mall to have orange chicken and rice and an egg roll from China express ever since they changed it from China express long long ago. At the same time, for the longest I claimed that I didn't like panda express at all. Fast forward to today, PANDA EXPRESS ORANGE CHICKEN AND LO MEIN ARE A LITTLE TASTE OF NOSTALGIA FOR ME!! lol. Seriously though, it tastes almost identical to the high school days orange chicken!! And the people are always so super nice and the drive thru is lightning fast! I love this place!!

Awesome customer service from the younger girl with reddish/ginger hair working the lobby at 7:50 on Thurs 6/19! We came in for a doordash order and not only did she greet us, once she realized the order we needed wasn’t up she made it for us super quickly instead of ignoring us like most FOH employees do. As a frequent customer and also someone who works in customer service, I’d say she’s a rockstar. Wish I got her name! This Panda location is doing better than the others because of employees like her.
