I’m fairly new to Panda Express and wasn’t sure what to order tonight. It was also near closing and I was worried that they might not have many options. Shawn, the young man working the drive thru was extremely kind, professional and patient with me, knowledgeable about his products and since it was near closing time, he knew his inventory and what was still available. He was able to ask good questions to steer my choices towards something I would enjoy as he helped me put together my order. I truly felt seen, heard and served with great customer service. Shawn is definitely a huge bonus to the team at this location and someone who represents Panda Express very well to the customer.

Let me start by saying that the employees at this location are doing their best. My primary issue is the corporate decision to change the Broccoli beef Recipe from a 2-to-1 Broccoli to Beef ratio, to an 80%/20% broccoli to beef mix. It was already at 33% beef, which in a 4oz serving is only 1.32 oz of meat, which is an extremely low amount of meat for a $9 meal. Then you go and reduce that by half an ounce, serving only 0.8 oz of meat in a $9 bowl. I was told by the employee taking my order “That’s why it’s Broccoli beef, not Beef & Broccoli.” It’s just really disappointing to see a company who became popular by showing appreciation for their customers and staff completely abandon their founding principles. I won’t be eating at Panda anymore. This was the last time I’ll let myself be disappointed by terrible corporate leadership and poor business decisions. Do better.

We have had good experiences here with takeout food. Most recently, our family arrived to the drive through late in the evening on Labor Day, approximately three minutes before closing time. Staff was polite and fulfilled our to go orders accurately and quickly. We received generous portions of food that was well packaged and warm.

Friendly staff and good food. I ordered through app and order was very late and they left out one order of egg rolls. Even after I got there, they tended to every customer that came in the door before fulfilling mine… they even stopped filling my order to deal with walk-ins. I felt sort of ignored.

The food was not the star of this review, it was Gage. I came in 18:31 for a pick up order, thought it was under my husband's name. Wasn't showing up. Gage was really nice and friendly said I could call the other store just in case (cause husband wasn't picking up)... Tried to call, and called the store I was currently in and Gage and I had a good laugh cause it's been a long day for me. Hubby got back to me and it was in my name this whole time .... Anyway long story short. Gage provided amazing customer service and helped make my day.

We’ve found Panda Express to be a great option for quick service Chinese food. The dishes have always been fresh and of consistent quality. We particularly like the ability to mix our replace rice and their super green veggie blend with no upcharge for a healthier option for meals. The portions are also generous enough to spilt as a smaller and very affordable shared meal.

Food is all precooked and tastes like it’s been in the freezer for way too long. Staff was very rude and not helpful. You can not modify any of the food selections. The sweet tea tasted like dirty water. I highly recommend not wasting your time or money.
