Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

It was good, but you got to keep asking for the Fry's, or whatever is never ending.. very good waitress we had. Pricey but good!

Hey Fast Foodies, stopped in for a little lunch while shopping. Ordered the Gourmet cheeseburger with the bottomless fries. The burger was delicious but for some reason, the fries were always cold or lukewarm. I always have to return fries more than once to receive hot fries. It's like they drop the Fries and then start preparing your entrée.

Great service, lots of fun for the kids with the bottomless sides, and great food. Only complaint was the 25 minute wait, but we were there on a Saturday so that’s understandable! Great experience!

The floors feel like they haven't been cleaned in years. They need to strip the whole thing, esp the restrooms. Some elderly person is going to slip and fall. The burger was clearly from frozen. The onion rings were good, but expensive ($9 for 6) and the fries were hot and good. The waitress was hot and cold. Forgot things, but tried, which is why 3 stars. But its just not a very good place to eat. Unfortunately.

I really enjoy Red Robin but I hate having to pick my order up. No one is ever in the front and it can take 15-20 minutes before someone even notices me standing in the front waiting on an order. There are times where employees will walk by repeatedly and not even ask if you’ve been helped. I really hope that they fix the front end service.

Food was very good! Waitress was very nice and attentive! The restaurant area where I was seated was dirty and had a weird smell! Kinda disappointed about that since this was my first experience at a Red Robin restaurant.

Wow, this place was hands down amazing. This was my first time at a Red Robin and the waiter did an amazing job of setting us up with loads of fries. If you need a burger this is your place, satisfied with the food and service.

Place needs a complete refresh. Food was just okay. Server did the best she could.

The atmosphere and food were good...but I'm here to compliment the service. Demetri made our lazy Sunday dinner an EXPERIENCE! With lots of fun Marvel facts followed by geography trivia for the kids, and even included prizes. We felt like we were at DW. Thank you so much Demetri! The most memorable server we've ever had, our family will definitely be back!

this place is a damn zoo. One of your workers has their kids in here using a booth as a playground. Place is empty a there's still a wait. You're serving blue moon with no orange. There's about 5 servers jaw jacking while food just sits in the damn window.
