This review is way overdue: We went on a Sunday during the last day of the Masters Tournament without realizing how slammed restaurants are that week, and our waitress Ashley was amazing anyway. She was funny, sarcastic, talkative, and had such a good attitude, even while clearly working a busy shift. She made the whole bottomless fries and menu situation so easy for us, like she already knew what we wanted before we fully explained it. She said she usually works the bar, but I’m glad we got her as our server because she made us laugh and genuinely made the experience memorable. If I ever go back, I’d ask for Ashley again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I dropped in for a casual date, having not been here before, and really enjoyed ourselves. The service was excellent, even a manager came around regularly to ensure satisfaction. The bottomless fries are tasty and helped pass the time until the main courses arrived. The music playing in the background hit that 'just right' volume where I could hear it, but also talk to my wife comfortably. I tried the Banzai burger (teriyaki and pineapple), finding it a unique blend of sweet and savory. I liked the food so much I polished off two baskets of the bottomless fries and the broccoli, with a shared Sunday for dessert, dipping my fries in the melted ice cream like a frosty. All in all, it was a fun date for a decent price. There were quite a few other dishes on the menu that looked tasty, so I'm sure we'll be going back.

Good waitress. Only waitress for whole floor. She did not have time to refill drinks. Forget the bottomless sides, can not be requested. Will not be back. $20+ plate and still hunger.

We’ve been to this Red Robin a bunch of times. Today was our first time having Demitri. He was a top notch server. He’s very attentive, personable, courteous and polite. He went above and beyond to connect with us. It was one of the best experiences we’ve had at any restaurant lately.

We have eaten at Red Robin for years and have never had an experience like we did tonight. We were seated, the table was dirty, had to wait for someone to come and clean it while dodging servers. Once seated, it took 20 minutes before someone greeted us for our drink order. We did not see our server for another20 minutes, 30 minutes later we had our drinks. We ordered our food when our drinks finally arrived. It took 35 minutes for our food, it arrived and was terrible taste, quality of ingredients, and the fries were cold and soggy. Very disappointed with our experience, we will not go back and I would absolutely stay away from this location.

The burger was soft and soggy the fries were cold and stale the restaurant was messy with trash on the floor and uncleaned tables service was extremely slow the kitchen staff were loud and talking inappropriately and eating and drinking in the service and food prep area line overall experience was horrible and will not return

In the end the food was fine. But the service was terrible. We waited 40 minutes for our food to come. We were not checked on at all, for refills or needs. Our server was barely in the room. No hostess or manager or anyone around to speak to. For how expensive a burger is, I definitely expect a better experience and this was not it!!

Additionally, and not related to this visit specifically, but the phone tree/AI assistant thing when calling the restaurant is terrible!

Mostly empty restaurant...still took almost 30 min to get a table. Service was extremely slow. It was so blessed cold that we got the entrees to go - rather eat them at home than sit there freezing. Told the hostess about the temperature (hubby is very hot natured and even HE was cold) and all she said was that was the #1 complaint. Seriously? Then perhaps do something about that. First and last time at a Red Robin.

Honest review:

This place is very inefficient.
Too little sever or they are not skilled. Either way, unlimited sure is limited. The likelihood of getting refills is low.

Bathrooms are filthy and floors are perfect for a slip and fall situation.

The food was good, but everything else was terrible.

Manager cared zero about any feed back. No need to address them, it’s a waste of time.

Was seated next to multiple unbussed tables with food everywhere. Sat for 15 minutes without even so much as a hello of drink order. Lady walked passed us twice to talk to friends I am assuming. Terrible service and terrible cleaning. Zero care from staff members.

Ordered chicken crispy wrap. Came out to be the worst wrap I ever tried. It tasted so bad I could hardly take few bites. Chicken was not crispy at all. Never going to try again

My son chose to celebrate his 16th birthday at Red Robin today and I was highly disappointed. First, the greeter Summer was very rude, the booth was dirty with crumbs all on it, I had to send my food back because the plate I was provided was extremely dirty, I didn't get to eat and then I took my daughter to the restroom and omg it was so filthy. I’m highly disappointed and will never visit again. However, my waitress was very nice and apologetic and her pregnant sister was very nice and professional as well. They even came and sung happy birthday to my son.
