Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We had a bit of a wait, they seemed to be a little short staffed. I would still return, the burger was very good, my initial fries were cold from sitting but the baskets she brought were hot and fresh.

I had 2friends with us i was 15nin water there was at less 80 % tables open why that was the 3ed time

Absolutely freezing it was no one there and it took for ever to get fries drinks it was a joke !!! We tried it for a 2nd time thinkin it was better nope even colder pretty sure everyone in the restaurant had a blanket or coat the waitresses said the floor gets to slippery well then deep clean the grease ! Bathroom were nasty !!

Waited for 30 mins for my order. Get home and realized that they gave me Salmon instead of the chicken platter that I paid for. Service not that great and very disappointing.

I went in today with my husband and I had the absolute BEST server!! Christy she was amazing so helpful and so nice! This was by far the best service experience I’ve ever had going to a restaurant and I will 100% be back and hoping to get Christy again as my server. She was so helpful and always around when we needed something had such great energy as well couldn’t have asked for a better lunch

I visited Red Robin last Monday and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Demetri. From the moment we were seated, he was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made the entire dining experience enjoyable. What really stood out to me though was something that had nothing to do with our meal. As we were getting ready to leave, I watched Demetri notice an elderly woman who seemed to be struggling to get to her car alone. Without hesitation, he kindly offered his arm and walked her all the way to her vehicle, making sure she was safe and comfortable. That small act of kindness said everything about his character.

Highly recommend dining here—and if you’re lucky enough to have Demetri as your server, you’re in for a great experience.

I am giveing this review well waiting on my food. I order two impossible one with sweet potato fries. They gave a regular burger. The waitness asked do i want it remade. Yes... yes... I do want it remade I just spent $62.00. I want my order right. Then they brought back my sweet potato fries that look like they where on the ground and they swept them up to make my order. I know we have our bad days but this is the worst I ever received from Red Robins.by the way she didnt give me my change or receipt.

Our server Demetri was so nonchalant, and seemed bothered to serve us. We weren’t difficult we were very friendly he just didn’t seem to care. I am disappointed because I love Red Robin’s and I don’t get to eat there often due to not having one in the city that I live.

Wow, where can I begin? Firstly, my husband and I had an amazing experience here. We were both greeted as soon as we walked in and taken to our seats, almost immediately after our server, Demetri, arrived to take our drink order. It was both mine and my husband's first time at any Red Robin, and Demetri had a really great recommendation for what to order. He was really helpful, attentive, enthusiastic, and every positive word out there!

We truly appreciate the service we received, and for our first experience here it was really amazing.
