Absolutely LOVE my Starbucks and my baristas🥰Not only do they make me feel like family, but they encourage me to try new things or offer me samples of new products if I’m not sure what I want. They always make sure my drinks are perfect! If not, they fix it until it is!

Starbucks is supposed to be top tier customer service. Like everyone knows this. I ordered two quad shots over ice on my app. Got to the window and 1 was ready. The other....took 6min to get. The girl handed it to me and turned away. No sorry for the wait, no ty have a nice day, no.... youre welcome when I said thank you. Nada. Why so miserable?! Also someone was skimpy on the ice today too!
