This starbucks is absolutely the best! My food is always prepared correctly and my drink is perfect! The girl that works at the window, her name is KYRA, goes above and beyond! She is so kind! Every time I come, she welcomes me by name and remembers my order! She deserves a raise!! I live in Thomson and specifically come to this starbucks because of the service and quality of the food! No complaints!

Had a little mishap today when the lid on my coffee wasn’t secured properly and it ended up spilling in my lap—but the team couldn’t have been more kind and helpful! They quickly remade my drink and were so apologetic and understanding. Big shoutout to the manager (wish I caught his name!) for handling it all with such professionalism and care. Really appreciated how they turned an uncomfortable moment into a positive experience. Thank you!

This is by far the slowest and worst Starbucks in the csra. Majority of the time I’ve come during listed business hours they are closed- with just a sign on the door or drive through window. Employees are always miserable and rudeSit in line for 30 mins, get to the order here just for them to say “I’ll be with you in a few” seriously Starbucks do better
