i love teaspoon cafe! i just wish they had a smaller size. sometimes i decide against my craving because i can’t finish the entire drink. otherwise, the staff is very kind and the drinks are amazing!

This place is great for some quick and easy boba while shopping in the area! It’s a cute place for a date and they have board games to play! The atmosphere is adorable as well!

just left here and the lady who made my tea gave me a cup full of ice …. literally just paid $8 for a cup of ice ….. very disappointed barely any tea

My drink was made wrong but they refused to remake it because I left the store with it. It was missing 1 sip. I was told that once you leave the store they won’t remake it. All I needed was the boba that was missing.
In response….. yes it was remade. The drink wasn’t for me so it couldn’t have been tried in store and it was made right before closing making it impossible to bring back last night. Even if I would have brought it back last night I now know is against your policy. I do think it is valuable for people to know that even if the drink is made wrong that you don’t want to make it right. Getting it remade correctly was something I had to fight for. I shouldn’t have to argue to simply have the drink I ordered.

I went to grab a drink tonight at 8:50 right before the store closed and there was an older black lady, i didnt get her name closing the store. She had a horrible attitude and piss poor customer service. I know that the store was closing, and the tip would have reflected that but her nasty attitude put a bad taste in my mouth. She didn’t even greet me after I entered the store. I am a regular here and I don’t appreciate this. She even got my name wrong when I was wearing a nameplate, as I was in uniform. Hopefully this is addressed.
The cashier that we had today was phenomenal! We’ve only been 1 other time and didn’t really know what to get. She was very patient and answered every question we had. Great customer service!

Since my initial review in Sept 2024, I decided, by the advice of my daughter, to give Teaspoon another try. WOW, what a difference! It was delicious! The staff was different as well; this likely played into the beverages being made correctly.
I ordered the Guava Sunset, 25% sweet w. Less ice. DELICIOUS! It now ranks as my favorite boba shop in the area. Note: Double Boba $$ is worth it😃🥰
The staff is super kind and thoughtful. There is a young lady who works there in the afternoons; she is amazingly helpful and kind! (She wrote the nicest personal message on the top of my drink) Thank you.
Likewise, Mya is super sweet and smiles in a welcoming manner every time!
The ambiance is pretty and relaxing, which was always the case! Thanks again Teaspoon for being spot on! 🪴

I will update my review once I try the drinks. We drove 20 minutes this morning to have drinks for work just to find out that the google hours were wrong.
Update: The customer service is outstanding so far. I can't wait to try their drinks.
Update: We have tried their Thia iced tea with Boba. It was fantastic. The tea was real and not powdered. The flavors were just what I was craving. Thank you!
