My experience at teaspoon was nothing more than perfect. From the staff to how amazing the drinks were. Not just how amazing the customer service was, also how clean and well kept it was. Such a beautiful spot. It keeps drawing me back in everytime ( all the way from wayneboro)! One favor!!! Please change the straws they break sooo easily. ANYWAYS!! Everyone should definitely visit this amazing tea spot not just fort the boba but for the friendly/amazing staff..

i love teaspoon cafe! i just wish they had a smaller size. sometimes i decide against my craving because i can’t finish the entire drink. otherwise, the staff is very kind and the drinks are amazing!

My drink was made wrong but they refused to remake it because I left the store with it. It was missing 1 sip. I was told that once you leave the store they won’t remake it. All I needed was the boba that was missing.
In response….. yes it was remade. The drink wasn’t for me so it couldn’t have been tried in store and it was made right before closing making it impossible to bring back last night. Even if I would have brought it back last night I now know is against your policy. I do think it is valuable for people to know that even if the drink is made wrong that you don’t want to make it right. Getting it remade correctly was something I had to fight for. I shouldn’t have to argue to simply have the drink I ordered.

I went to grab a drink tonight at 8:50 right before the store closed and there was an older black lady, i didnt get her name closing the store. She had a horrible attitude and piss poor customer service. I know that the store was closing, and the tip would have reflected that but her nasty attitude put a bad taste in my mouth. She didn’t even greet me after I entered the store. I am a regular here and I don’t appreciate this. She even got my name wrong when I was wearing a nameplate, as I was in uniform. Hopefully this is addressed.

The cashier that we had today was phenomenal! We’ve only been 1 other time and didn’t really know what to get. She was very patient and answered every question we had. Great customer service!
