Ordering ahead in the Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a breeze! They got my order perfect and curbside pick up is so helpful for a rideshare driver on the go! Their smoothies can have healthy boosts added and their wraps are fantastic. They have dine in available as well and this location is well maintained.

We will never come back to this location again. My Bahama Bowl took 22 minutes. They guy who took the order rang it in wrong and then said he would have the correct order out in just a minute. 22 minutes later, I'm still waiting on a premade bowl. Also, trash everywhere and overflowing and on the floor. They are lucky the health inspector didn't walk in to see the crazy mess. Do better!

Today I tried the smoothie bowl for the first time. I was excited until I started ordering. I got the dragon fruit bowl. I asked for white chocolate to be added to the base and the team member told me that it was premade. I guess I didn’t quite understand that “pre-made” was going to mean made and then frozen. It was very hard for me to get my spoon into and the chocolate powder was just poured on top. The honey saved it but I was disappointed that the whole bottom of my smoothie just tasted like ice instead of fruit. It took most of my time trying to eat it for it to start melting.

Dragon fruit bowl was advertised as having fresh fruit but there was nothing fresh about these canned/ processed pineapple pieces and frozen fruit. The cafe smelled like bleach to the point where it wasn’t safe for me to wait for my food inside. Staff was friendly.

This location was surprisingly (to me) very good. The quesadilla was very good and the smoothie outstanding! I haven’t had the best at locations in the past but I will definitely return here:) I found it well priced for the food I got, quesadilla, a bag of chips, and a very good sized smoothie for just under $14.

Got an acai smoothie bowl. Asked them to take items off they were still on, bowl had to be previously made. Only took them 30 seconds to give me my order and the fruit were soggy and not fresh

Went in to get a smoothie and a bowl, was asking the person at the counter helping me if they had anything comparable to a smoothie from another store, I was looking up the ingredients and asked the person who was helping me, when she asked I’m guessing the manager if they had this ingredients and she said no we don’t have that anymore she’s going to have to walk her butt over to that “other smoothie store” and get that. Very rude.

I ordered a watermelon mojito online at 634p and the promise time was 643, I arrived promptly and followed the instructions for curbside pickup. I had to call back at 655 to check on my order and was told that she would check on my order. She came to bring me my order and just walked away. She had absolutely no customer service manners. No thank you, or apologies for the wait in 94 degree weather while just sitting, or anything. I will spend my monet where it is not appreciated. Horrible service and awful tasting drink, very bad experience.
I came in to order an Açaí bowl. I waited about 10 minutes before going to check about my order (I went to the restroom so thought maybe they called it while I was away). Both of the staff looked at each other confused (including the person that took my order!?) then found a half made bowl on the prep station and said this must be it but were out of blueberries. They were just ignoring the order instead of seeing if I wanted a substitute?!?
Updating - I am home and trying to eat but the açaí is frozen solid?!?

Horrible service from heavy set guy with big hat on! Super unfriendly. Having this experience is becoming normal at this location and the grovetown location. Just ordered at 7:28. Label says server is the manager. Wow! Other employees were much friendlier. Cudos to them!
