This tropical smoothie isn’t bad, it’s just that every time I’ve ever ordered at this location they always forget any customization to any of my items on my order. Just double check your food when you get it, and your smoothies to make sure they’re correct.

When I order a smoothie with added protein, it shouldn’t almost fill a second cup. That’s just ridiculous! If it were made right, it would fit into one—like it’s supposed to.
No one wants to walk around with two cups just to get their protein in. And no one should have to deal with attitude just because they asked for it to be made correctly.

Worst tropical smoothie I’ve ever been to. I got an açaí bowl. The strawberries was bruised. I got 2 pieces of fruit for each fruit. It was all sloppy looked like I mixed up the bowl or something. Absolutely terrible. The man must have been his first day.

absolutely disgusting i got 2 and both were nasty and DIFFERENT.. i always get the same smoothie everytime for YEARS and the 2 young ladies that were in there july 18th at 11:00AM seemed confused and made terrible smoothies.

I ordered a Greek bowl with no chia seeds because I’m allergic & yet got chia seeds. I love their bowls & smoothies but I’ve had multiple problems with customer service & having orders wrong. Please do better

Went there this morning about 10am. The food was good, but the staff was rude. Both ladies I encountered appeard to be annoyed, and didn't respond to a simple thankyou. The second lady threw my food on the table right infront of my wife and I. Perhaps some training in Interpersonal communication skills is needed...

Ordering ahead in the Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a breeze! They got my order perfect and curbside pick up is so helpful for a rideshare driver on the go! Their smoothies can have healthy boosts added and their wraps are fantastic. They have dine in available as well and this location is well maintained.
We will never come back to this location again. My Bahama Bowl took 22 minutes. They guy who took the order rang it in wrong and then said he would have the correct order out in just a minute. 22 minutes later, I'm still waiting on a premade bowl. Also, trash everywhere and overflowing and on the floor. They are lucky the health inspector didn't walk in to see the crazy mess. Do better!

Today I tried the smoothie bowl for the first time. I was excited until I started ordering. I got the dragon fruit bowl. I asked for white chocolate to be added to the base and the team member told me that it was premade. I guess I didn’t quite understand that “pre-made” was going to mean made and then frozen. It was very hard for me to get my spoon into and the chocolate powder was just poured on top. The honey saved it but I was disappointed that the whole bottom of my smoothie just tasted like ice instead of fruit. It took most of my time trying to eat it for it to start melting.

Dragon fruit bowl was advertised as having fresh fruit but there was nothing fresh about these canned/ processed pineapple pieces and frozen fruit. The cafe smelled like bleach to the point where it wasn’t safe for me to wait for my food inside. Staff was friendly.

This location was surprisingly (to me) very good. The quesadilla was very good and the smoothie outstanding! I haven’t had the best at locations in the past but I will definitely return here:) I found it well priced for the food I got, quesadilla, a bag of chips, and a very good sized smoothie for just under $14.
