The new bowls look premade and are frozen solid when you get them. I recommend smoothie king smoothie bowls much more. They also don’t do curb side because no one answers the phone.

My family ordered three smoothies and they tailored made our blended drinks to perfection! The restaurant is beautiful and clean. The staff are courteous and friendly. We definitely recommend you go and check them out! You won’t regret it. Also, check out their food menu.

If I could give this place less I would. The customer service is horrible. I am a Uber driver and I went in expecting for someone to say hi how can I help you, but instead I got nothing. I had to go up and tell them I was there for an Uber order and she didn’t even tell me where to go she just said it was in the corner and pointed. No help what do ever. My first time here my husband and I walked in 15 min before closing and they denied us service. I work in customer service and this is not what they provide. If you want an awful experience, go here.

Never received my refund back on my order. I was trying to order from the Robert c Daniel location and accidentally ordered from Evans. I emailed them never heard back and YOU CANT EVEN CALL AND SPEAK TO ANYBODY. They have it set up where everything is on an app or through an automate machine. Highly pissed

Nice enough employees. But when the label says what you ordered, and they clearly didn’t even bother to read it when making it? Not worth the money spent or tip left. People aren’t always being difficult to be difficult, sometimes they do it because they need it made a certain way for health reasons.

Usually I would give it 4 to 5 stars. I order tropical smoothie 3 to 4x per week (Caribbean j*** chicken wrap ) but today both wraps had little to no sauce on it, which made it so bland and not enjoyable. 3rd time so far this has happen and I’m starting to think tropical smoothie is conserving their sauce and if so , please change the name of the wrap to just chicken wrap because the sauce is what make this sandwich.

Unfortunately, this was perhaps the most "non-proper" way to make a smoothie, a Detox Island Green on this visit.I couldn't drink it with a straw because of the chunks of ice, and all the chunks of unleaded ingredients... Didn't notice until back on the road. Seems the right mix of ingredients were there, just not blended. Maybe a broken blender, or maybe not enough water squirt into process, or maybe it was due to a "rookie" employee's mistake.This is the TS I usually hit up in the area because the Detox is usually spot on at this location. This time was hopefully just that one time flop. Usually this location would be a 4 or 5 Star review.(While most TS's are very good, the worst repetitive bad drink TS is one located down around Bluffton/Hilton Head, SC. In a shopping plaza with a Walmart and Publix as the big anchor stores. Half dozen times their drinks literally taste like flavored water, guessing they are a bit skimpy with the portions needed to make the drink proper...)
