I normally don't put businesses on blast for poor customer service. But, after the experience we had last Thursday, I feel justified in doing so.
We stopped by Firehouse Subs on Senoia Rd in Fairburn. Placed our order at 11:35. All employees had on a mask, except one. It just so happened she was the one who was going to make our sandwiches. Paid for our food and after 3 people came in ordered and left with their food we inquired about our order. They were all in amazement that we had ordered something! Had to present my receipt to prove that we had ordered. We were the only ones sitting in the restaurant. 20 min with 5 people working to get one sandwich! Sorry but that’s unacceptable.
