It's a new store. It will take them time to get a routine going smoothly. It was crowded on the inside and outside. I got my sandwich first, but had to wait awhile for my coffee. I ate my sandwich while waiting on my coffee. A clean and beautiful setup on the inside. I'm glad they are in our area.
What’s with no counter service? Mobile order or drive thru only!
Store opens when it feels like it. No Sign on the door and it's Monday going on 6am. The Worse.

The team works quickly and efficiently, even during busy times like the holiday season or Red Cup day, moving with style and grace. They tailor orders to liking and sometimes bring orders to the table. The leadership is acknowledged for receiving feedback and taking steps to improve.
However, the service can be very slow, with waits of over twenty minutes in the drive-thru, suggesting a need for more employees. The atmosphere could also be a bit cleaner and better maintained. Despite some struggles with initial operations, it is seen as a go-to destination with great quality and taste consistently maintained.
