“Great tasting food with great service. Jack was our waiter chips and salsa, burritos, taco salads and etc were great. Highly recommend if you want Tex Mex. Parking is limited due to construction but many free parking lots very close to the restaurant. Give them a try. You will be glad you did.“

“I dined solo tonight and had the best time ever! From the time I walked in I was seated promptly! My server took the time to explain certain food combinations and he placed my order quickly. He was Sharon’s brother, I can’t remember his name. Sharon checked on me frequently to make sure I was ok! And best of all…the food was simply delicious!!! Together… They were a great team!!! I’ll definitely be back!!!“

“When I say I just adore and love this place so much, they deserve all the success. This has become one of our new favorite spots. The food is so good, fresh, and prepared with so much care. The staff is so charming and just genuinely sweet. The restaurant is so clean and beautiful inside. There’s a great amount of seating and the booths are spacious. The style of the restaurant reminds me of Toronto, I will always come back.“

“Best Hot and Sour soup we’ve had this far South. Their moo shu dish has the “breath of a wok” meaning they cook the dish correctly.
Not soggy with cheap sauce. Real mu shoo wraps made fresh. Other dishes are prepared when ordered. Owners and staff are attentive. Place is clean and quiet.“

“The staff is always friendly. I appreciate that they are always very accommodating. I always come up here and sit while they prepare my food and its good. Sometimes, you cant just be a voice on the phone or an order that comes across a screen. Ive come to find that if you go and actually talk to the staff, be nice, and leave an appropriate tip, people go out of their way to do a good job. I greatly appreciate the service provided here.“

“My waitress Kenya saved the day! After waiting 15 minutes for food, she came back and told me that my meat had just come in on the truck and that it was frozen. She sincerely apologized and gave my granddaughter a free drink. If it wasn't for her sincere apology and kind gestures, this review would have been very different. Thank you Kenya for saving our experience.“

“Each member of my family are very satisfied and loved WnB Factory!Specifically, the best of them all is located on Bank Crossing Rd by JC Penny!The staff who take orders work very quickly and accurately, and they always have a bright, polite and energetic attitude, which makes me feel good.Also, we have been visit very often and take-out it, and the cook there is always so perfect that we couldn't be disappointed.It's very fantastic! “Was a bit loud. 2 people eating one ordered a meal & the other ordered an appetizer as a meal. There was no silver when we were seated & none was brought. The person who ordered an appetizer & requested it be brought with my meal, got their appetizer early & was finished long before my meal arrived. I had to go to the bar to get silverware.“

“The food was good and plentiful, the chef was great. I didn't like that the chef put his hat down for a tip, which each of my party members paid 5 to 10 dollars each, and we paid the 15% gratuity, which was automatically added to our bill. I think the 15% should not be automatic if we are tipping the chef. We had a waiter and wanted to leave him a tip until we saw the 15% added to our bill.“

“Nice location in the cut. Monday Moe's available & always delicious. I always get the bowl, lime rice, both beans, white chicken, onions & peppers, and then my toppings. Pico de Gallo, lettuce, fresh jalapeños, 2-3 limes sprayed on top with sour cream & Chipotle Ranch. Meal comes with Drink but just sign up online & give phone online phone number @ register to use the Monday deal least than $10 with chips.“

“We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon for a bite to eat. The food was very good and the service even better, (Thanks again Michelle). We had Chrispy Wings, and Stuffed Mushrooms to start. Then a Ribeye Steak with Brussels, a Chopped Steak with Baked Potato and Sirloin Steak with Fries, (All terrific). We will be returning to this Longhorn Steakhouse!“
