She did an awesome job - we were a large group of ladies and she was so patient in taking our orders, binging and refilling our drinks, and getting our food out to us. “I've been here twice so I'm just giving you an average I ordered the falafel bowl it was really good I ordered it to go and is very different everything was made fresh I did not sit in and eat so I cannot speak on the service. The person that did take my order was very courteous and professional the place seems so busy so I'm pretty sure they do well when it comes to certain service and whatnot and they are very well staffed from what I seen. Of course that is very important these days. So I can only speak on the food which was very fresh the second time I went I ordered me the halibut or fish sandwich I asked for no slaw because I do not eat any type of dairy and they took off everything when it actually came with an avocado spread which they did not put on the sandwich so it was just a bear fish sandwich yet I paid for the whole sandwich which I didn't like because I was not able to substitute it for anything else. I have so far been only to this establishment within Trilith. Since they don't have much of what I could eat I may not go back only just for the falafel bowl which was pretty good.“

“So usually I order a head on the app or through doordash. But today I actually went through the drive-thru. Always a great experience. Staff is friendly, efficient, and always give great customer service. They even know my name. Not sure if it's because I come there so much or because they actually genuinely have gotten to know me lol“

Knocked off a star because spending $18 and not even getting a full meal is crazy work with these smaller portions, but overall still a tasty spot.“

“Terry the manager and staff was the best! My order wasn't ready and had to wait but I loved the Terry kept me updated and was polite. Sometimes managers try to ignore you to avoid confrontation. She checked in several times and made sure I was ok with waiting. The seating area was also really clean. Great job!!“
