“We went to this restaurant for my nephew's 41st birthday. Upon arriving, we informed that they no longer had the Hibachi style dinner service, where the Habachi cook makes your meal in front of you on the grill. It was a little disappointing as we all had talked about it for over a week before going. Although they did serve the Hibachi style meals. The meals we had were all excellent!“

“Another amazing meal from our go-to Chinese restaurant in the Atlanta South area!My wife and I first discovered this hidden gem around 2016 during a visit with her sister in Fayetteville. In 2018 we bought a home in Peachtree City and still drive here from there whenever we have a taste for Chinese food. (understanding completely that this is 'Chinese' food that has been adapted for Americans.) I have dined on business in Hong Kong and Taipei, totally different cuisine. Our takeout dinner this evening was (8) Chicken Wings, one Hot & Sour Soup, (10) Crab Rangoon, one large Vegetable Lo Mein, and one C.4 Chicken w. Broccoli. This meal was ambrosia, fit for the gods! There can only be three possible explanations for the miniscule group of people who rated this restaurant at less than four stars. One-in some way that you may or may not understand, you disrespected the people who operate it in the way that you treated them; two-in some way that you may or may not understand, you disrespected the food in the way that you treated it; three-your taste buds are prime candidates for the Darwin Award (tru dat, not smiling).I have a bit of advice for those who may not be as well acquainted with the business. If you are looking for the best experience from a restaurant or other food service establishment (including fast food) never go during a peak revenue period unless you have no other choice. Those periods (which also include the entire first two weeks of new restaurant openings) are referred to in the trade as 'having your doors blown off.' If you insist on going when they are having their doors blown off expect (another trade expression) 'to be violated' in some way, form or fashion. The Google review app will actually show you a graph of peak revenue days and peak revenue hours by day.Even in a typical fine dining restaurant the meal order that you receive on a busy Friday or Saturday evening will pale in comparison to the very same order prepared on a quiet Tuesday or Wednesday evening at the very same hour at the very same establishment (if prepared by the very same kitchen; if they switch chefs on you all bets are off). Do both yourself and the restaurant a favor and avoid the crush.Does Taste of China have dine-in date ambiance? No. What takeout Chinese does? Will you get very good food for very good value? Absolutely! Our takeout dinner at Taste of China Fayetteville was placed at 3:15 pm on a Wednesday, reheated and eaten at home with a wonderful bottle of wine at 6:15 pm. Mic drop....“

“For several decades this place continually got 'best in Fayetteville' and for good reason. They are quick, typically accurate with deliveries, and nice to boot. The struggles of the past couple of years notwithstanding, I cannot knock a place for having to deal with forces everyone is experiencing, and in the case of this location I feel like they did the best they could to make it through. There ARE several other restaurants in town that we have taken off our list to visit because they couldn't even maintain a minimum of decent service. We order delivery a lot and are well known by the typical long time (employed) drivers. We tip well so they are super-fast getting here. They always work with my SO food allergies, and it is great to let them take care of cooking some nights. We went and ate dine in the other day and it was wonderful. The food and service were very good, and it was nice to get to chat with the staff a bit.edit- I will point out something I notice. Take a moment to click on the review profiles for people leaving these one-star reviews. I like to do so because you often find out pretty quickly that NO ONE is satisfying to them. Hard to believe that it is a fair opinion when every single place they walk into leaves them indignant, incorrect, rude, etc. etc. Much more like perceived slights for other reasons, people wearing a chip on their shoulder and/or feelings on their sleeves.“

“Food was sooo good! I don’t know how some of y'all will expect a 5 star meal that’s still piping hot when you order TAKEOUT. Some of you guys are just being petty and immature. I ordered the orange chicken with shrimp fried rice and it was delicious.“
