“Just when you think Chick-fil-A cannot get any better, go to the new Chick-fil-A on winder highway. Their employees constantly walk through the dining room, asking guest if they’re enjoying their food and offering to get refills on drinks for them. They really pay extra attention to the customer experience here and of course the food is always great!“

“Minus some employee apathy & inaccuracy (like today), the food is pretty good. Unfortunately CFA now has the same level of unconcerned customer service as any other similar place. I do wish CFA keep the option of a spicy grilled sandwich; and I also wish that when they change the recipes the quality wouldn’t suffer with the taste. And not give you less fries by changing the size of the box…and prices would reflect that.“
