“Really great place to enjoy amazing ice cream and shakes. The location sits in busy highway but older trees surround it making it pleasant. Sitting area in the back is best with nice breeze. We’ve visited Gainesville a few times but had not discovered it. Kids enjoyed their helados! Young lady provided amazing customer experience. She was attentive, saw kids ice cream melting on them and gave us more napkins while attending other customers. Thank you!“

“I’m in fact not a fan of the reviews left. I was so happy with the breath of fresh air provided by the staff here at Menchies and some of the happiness and youthfulness they bring to this establishment. I am so happy because kudos to the management for not tainting and destroying their young minds. Thank you, Menchies.“
